Missing Seat Selections
You can no longer see the seat selections you made at purchase. Instead the app invites you to choose your seat. I had to chat with customer services to confirm that I had not lost my seat choices. This is a bug that needs to be fixed.

Why don’t you allow me to make a seal selection before or right after ı do the payment? You’re the only airliner that does this, surely Air France, too.

APP NO LONGER WORKS ON IPAD PRO
App no longer lets you chose and book on ipad pro. Only shows Light flights but does not allow you to book any more . Please fix.

Intuitiveness
Navigating to different flights and options to could be a bit less confusing and more intuitive for ease of use. When in a hurry difficult to navigate.

The application is giving me technical error warning when signing in so I cannot even get into the app to check my flight. And the airlines it self has been less than stellar and helpful. I am so sad that’s the airlines Delta partners with for flights to Europe. If you can, I suggest avoiding.
Not the first time
Been on KLM many times . I’ve lived in the states since 1970 used KLM . Always had good luck and favorable reviews off KLM when I left LA . Perfect . But the only complaint. The long distance you have to walk to pick up your bags When you arrive from a 10 hr flight . And you have to walk along way to get to your gate . But all is well Thank you .
PS: cheaper air fairs from LAX or coming to LAX from AMS would be easier on the pocket book

Worst App Sign Up Ever
I work in app development and this genuinely one of the worst, most frustrating sign up experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve tried several times to sign up on the app and it loops me in this endless cycle with signing up and verifications but never allows me to fully sign up so I cannot access the app. Worst app ever. Pull it together.

Infuriating
This app is supposed to make things easy, but actually delivers the absolute opposite.
Payments are not going through.
Changes of email addresses are not being recognized.
I just spent three hours trying to book a flight before everything went through.
Trying to contact customer service is an absolute joke.

Struggled to add child
When adding passenger it wouldn’t allow me to add details of child. Kept showing as red exclamation within a red circle
You make everything harder then it should be

Worst trip ever
First flight , delayed missed connection in HK, HK flight Delayed 3 times and sent all over HK airport to different gates eventually boarded then flight cancelled and rebooked next day no food no drinks for 9 hours, flight to Amsterdam missed connection so rebooked for next day, lost all paid for seats , lost our luggage too cost me in parking also had to extend by 3 days , took 3 days to get home from Manila to uk , normally about 15 hours , never will fly with KLM again , I was a loyal customer , never again
