KLM has been horrible
They cancel flights without notice, refuse to refund extra options and then blame the customer. Terrible airline.
Nice, with a bug
This is definitely one of the nicer airline apps I’ve used, however, on a connecting flight the dynamic widget continually shows the landing gate of the first flight, even well after landing. It should show the new boarding gate within a half hour of the first leg landing.
Seat changes
Having booked business class seats around 9 months ago I was very disappointed this morning when my husband received a message advising his seat was changed to row 1 from row 4 for a flight in 2 days time - I was still in original row . He has limited eyesight and because of this it is important that we sit together . Would never choose row 1 because of overhead luggage issues

ALWAYS TOPS KLM
I have flown KLM for many many years and I have never been disappointed with the glass of service I have received. From first class to the lowest economy the service is always excellent. And the crew friendliest ever.
Effizient Airline
Good cabin crew, flight crew kept us informed of maintenance issues as they were resolved. Will fly you again❗️
Poorly Designed App
This app is difficult to use. It is not at all intuitive and to try and find ways to change an existing flight is utterly impossible. Moreover, when I called customer service to book the flights with points, I was quoted 114,000 miles for two passengers flying one way from Neace to Paris in business class when I went to the app to book that flight the same flight was now 141,000 miles. When I attempted to book at the higher level, it wouldn’t go through so I had to call customer service again. Customer service informed me that the 141,000 mile award was no longer available and it was now 164,000 miles. This seems like a classic bait and switch consumer fraud and I am very dissatisfied with the way this app works and in Air France from a customer satisfaction standpoint.

Preferred airline just now
Recently I’ve used klm as it’s easier to use app, doesn’t go anywhere near Heathrow which I really love! Using Amsterdam as a transit hub is really easy & quick compared to the nightmare that is Heathrow.
Only thing I find interesting now is that I searched yesterday on BA app for flights to S Africa. Today I get notification from klm about “explore Africa!”.
There’s got to be some sneaky cross app data flow going on. This I hate & makes me think twice about using any company that does that.

I’m always happy to travel with KLM. Booking is easy through the app and always shows you the best prices available.
Although the checking in staff usually takes their time to arrive in Birmingham, they are always friendly.
My flights are always comfortable and flight attendants are friendly, kind and helpful.

Glitchy app
Recently I had a flight change. It did not automatically select the best alternative for me. When I selected the preferred alternative it confirmed the wrong flight and I had to call friendly support.
Excellent handling of missed connection
I had a missed connection in Amsterdam last night and was so impressed with how the KLM app made the whole process for me. It informed me of the new flights, and allowed me to book a hotel for the night and food voucher for the next day. The process was basically as stress free as you can make it. Really top designed app as well, easy to see the notifications and updates you on your iPhone Home Screen. Top marks KLM!

Poor customer services
I have remained a loyal KLM customer for years because the connections from my local airport are convenient. Unfortunately, the customer service has steadily declined. When things go wrong, it is difficult to get timely, helpful support, and resolving issues often feels unnecessarily frustrating. The convenience is the only reason I continue to fly with KLM, but I am now questioning whether that alone is enough to justify staying loyal. There is significant room for improvement in how customers are treated when they need assistance.
