Awful out of date app which doesn’t work properly.
Track Luggage
Example, Flight KL1101 today, connecting from KL1654, luggage tracking showed “in transit” the plane door closed…take off and landing (of course no wifi on board). Landed, track luggage feature gone…fortunately I took a screenshot as the luggage receipt was badly printed/hard to read. Just when some information would be helpful, even a notice that due to the tight connection, it was not possible to transfer the luggage but it will be on the next flight, instead, feature removed. Tracking something when everything goes according to plan isn’t when it’s helpful. Might as well design a fridge that turns the light on inside only when it is shut.

Very difficult to navigate
I wish I could use the app, but it keeps telling me that I don’t have an account, right after registering. Disappointed- I like the airline but their app sucks
Useless
Throughout the NBO issue 31Aug to 1 September this app inaccurate. Miss information. Constant irrelevant alerts and even right now 48 hours later send notifications that totally and utterly useless and out of date. Flight information that was wildly inaccurate Pay for developers of the app that actually travel a lot. We should be able to rely on the app !!

Needs a lot of improvement
This is probably the clunckiest app any airline may have. I have used many, and this is the least intuitive, the least logical and so full of bugs. I entered the country of residency at least four times. Scanning the documents with wrong information. Sent me to Square one several times. KLM you can do better!!

missing export to calendar
Can you please bring back the option to export the flights from trip to calendar? It was very useful but now it is gone from both apps, KLM and AF :(
