I’ve never been so frustrated with an app
I’ve never left a review on the App Store. I’m genuinely so irritated with this app, it’s stalling, glitching out, it deleted my progress multiple times and it even cut off half of my welcome message. Guess I’ll stick to boosting posts

I had my paid advertising stopped because apparently My advert failed because it promoted selling cannabis… can someone explain how announcing opening & closing times and nothing but car boot related items has anything to do with drugs… i paid for the boost to promote the car boot and they do that. Shocking really

Worst Support and AI System Ever
Where do I even start? Is it the 5 day wait time with support with literal 0 help? Is it the AI system that flags ads as in or out of their policy, even though it is in policy? Is it just the sheer horrific loading times? Is it the system that stays your ads are approved, then rejected, then approved (but still shows rejected over 24 hours later)?
I wish they didn’t have a monopoly on advertising ads on their site. Should have spent more time and resources on manual reviews for ads than these ugly Meta glasses.

I can’t login - EVER
I haven’t been able to get through the login screen for like 5 years. Even through all of the updates, it’s rediculous!
Issue with charge
Happy with the results but can’t cancel a pending charge that glitched through the authorization and auto charged my account the suggested amount..
Ads payment
I need to make payment with my Apple Store balance but am only getting the payment cards method only
Awful
This app is as close as you can possibly get to perfection in the art of being completely useless. I have used this app for years and it has consistently been buggy. I have had ad campaigns not run with no reason listed, then had to set them up on desktop with zero changed and they run perfectly. If you are running ads for your own business consider seeing a doctor to see if your heart is healthy enough to handle the frustration of working with this miserable piece of garbage.

Hackers are Meta itself
They added someone’s campaign under my asset which is unauthorized to delete or pause so they can keep making money of my bank and emptied my account. Worse thing is there is no help to reach feasible from account so you are set up for fraud and blocked from contacting facebook. They don’t even pick up phone so you end up paying for their sins and closing your bank account is the only option because they cut money from various names meta and fb. If you order new card, bank says they can still charge from another another name because they can detect new card number.

A Nightmare Experience with Meta Ads
My experience with Meta Ads has been absolutely infuriating. I spent hours trying to understand charges on my account, yet I could not get clear answers about what I was being charged for. Meta AI was more frustrating than helpful. Instead of providing specific explanations, it repeatedly gave vague responses that wasted my time and increased my frustration. The worst part is the lack of real customer support. When customers have billing concerns, they should be able to speak with a human being. Instead, I was sent through endless automated systems and unhelpful support pages. At one point, I was even provided a broken link when trying to get assistance. This entire experience has cost me time, energy, money, and countless headaches. No customer should have to go through this much frustration just to understand charges on their account. I wish I could file a lawsuit against Meta for the stress, wasted time, and billing issues I experienced. Companies should be accountable when customers are left confused, ignored, and unable to get meaningful support. Meta needs to seriously improve its billing transparency, customer service, and AI support. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had.

Hard to set up and I’m always charged more than the set amount. Ads are also turned on by meta. I haven’t received any customers or client from meta ads.
Lacks Scalability
Its very old school and not well made. Some feedback to modernize this rather 90s feeling app and system. Be able to copy paste ads but changing small aspects. Upload 1 main size that expands for all format sizes. Only use music that are license free-zero vocals. In app video crop-edit esp thumbnail. Add location tag for business location. Editable language translations-ai. etc needs a lot more improvement and a lot less error messages when specifics arent stated.

画像の差し替えとかが全くできない。やろうとしてもずっとロードしてて読み込まないので使い物にならない。
モバイルからChromeで開けなくなったから仕方なく入れたけど使いにく過ぎる。あとユーザーのこと何も考えてない仕様変更やアップデートが多い。
