Over complicated
Things can be done anyways, unfortunately having so much redundancy and repetitiveness makes that user interface, clunky, and burden some with too much text. Both Ads Manager, the Facebook app, and Meta can all reduce their footprint and make things more functional within their own rights. For 1 used Facebook a lot less after splitting into multiple apps due to unnecessary burden some login and other apps to download instead of having it on all my devices I have one device now and it reduces my use.

I keep getting a rejection notice stating that I have not put the ad in the right category and it suggest the category should be financial institutions which I make the needed change and it still rejects the ad

For this to be the source of a lot of Meta’s revenue, I’d expect a better experience. None of my video creatives load. I’m forced to go through the website to view. Please improve.

This has been an extremely frustrating and unfair experience with Meta advertising.
I authorized an ad for a short period of time as a one-time advertising campaign. I did NOT knowingly authorize Meta to continue running the ad indefinitely and charging my card day after day.
I only discovered what was happening when I reviewed my bank account and realized the charges had continued accumulating. At this point, I have been charged close to $1,000 for advertising that I never intended to continue on an ongoing basis.
To make matters worse, the results have been terrible. I work in a specific local market, yet many of the responses and leads generated from these ads have come from completely different states and areas that are not relevant to where I do business. Some of the people responding don’t even seem to understand what the advertisement is about. I do not feel that I received anything close to the value I would expect for the amount of money that has been charged.
I have contacted Meta multiple times, opened a dispute, requested a refund, and specifically asked for the continued charges to STOP. Instead of resolving the problem, I have received explanations about how their daily advertising budgets work while the charges continue.
What is especially concerning is how difficult it has been to stop the billing while the dispute is being investigated. I should not continue accumulating charges while waiting for Meta to address a billing dispute I have already reported.
BEWARE if you are considering spending money on advertising through Facebook/Meta. Make absolutely sure you understand how your campaign is being set up, whether it has a specific end date, what geographic areas your ads are targeting, and exactly how much you can ultimately be charged.
Based on my experience so far, I would not invest additional advertising dollars with Meta. The advertising results have been disappointing, the billing experience has been horrible, and getting meaningful assistance with the disputed charges has been incredibly frustrating.
I will return and update this review once Meta responds to my dispute. I sincerely hope they do the right thing, stop the continued billing, and reimburse the charges I am disputing.

Lobotomite AI
The AI assistant is an actual lobotomite. I have 40 dollars sitting in my ads account, locked behind a paywall. They refuse to take the 10 dollar debt out of my account. Even after I gave up and tried to pay the debt with my card, they overloaded themselves with attempts to my card (none of which even reached my bank) and then locked my account. So I have 40 dollars sitting behind a paywall which they refuse to even let me pay, and the lobotomite AI adamantly refuses to connect me to an agent who can actually help me. I should have eaten my money.

Terrible review process
I have given meta everything they ask asked for and even though I have been verified and clicking the right boxes their bots continue to damage my campaign
