Eu até tento, mas parece q é proposital, o app tem MUITOS BUGS, muitos erros para criar um anúncio ou companha. Espero que melhore pra felicitar a vida pelo celular
Why is this app still so bad?
I’ve seen complaints on this app for years. I’d love to do a temporary job assignment just to fix this app and then go back to my job.

I’ve had so many problems with this app. The worst problem is all of the assistance are AI. They have no real people to speak to. I wouldn’t recommend using any of their products.

Good result
It’s a learning process where and when and how I’m getting very good numbers and didn’t understand it first, but I’m learning and how and what it takes. I like the journey more than a destination anyway.

My account got hacked and the hacker got $735 of my money. The only contact I can make is through an AI chat session that repeatedly tells me all specialists are handling high volume cases.

WORST AD SERVICE EVER
Ok guys first off I have used meta ads before and have tried my business with Shopify and running meta ads seemed like the most intuitive way to runs ads and I was doing decent with my store until all of a sudden meta bans my account without any warning or tellling me what I did wrong. It just kept prompting me saying there was an error. So I tried every research to reach out… nothing, just a garbage useless prompted help list. So I thought whatever I will grind out a new Ads manage account again even though it’s so tedious and to warm up the pixel and account again. Boom again it happens but the worse part is they keep charging me despite me being disabled out of my account, again no warning no explanation. I am so serious in suing meta and Facebook for such false indications on bans. Let alone charging my account hundreds of dollars on ads when I can’t even reach yep or support to stop this let alone get into my account to stop this. NEVER USING META EVER AGAIN AND I AM SO DONE WITH FACEBOOK!!!

The app was great until recently. It’s not showing all of my campaigns. I have to keep deleting the app and reinstalling it every time I use it.

Completely broken
If you need to use meta ads just use a computer. The app is not functional (you can’t even upload a video to an ad, with no explanation as to why) literally how do any of you people even remain employed

Nightmare
Basically meta allowed my account to be hacked, somehow they allowed someone else to run ads using my account and I'm left with wasting days/ weeks ( still ongoing ) to try to recover pages and money taken unauthorized out of my account. Absolute nightmare!!! Never again! Also no human interaction available, they just expect you to fix the issue yourself. Horrendous experience!avoud at all cost!!!
