More trouble than it’s worth
I tried to open a Monday link from a colleague on my phone. The site forces mobile uses to the app. So I download the app. App requires a login including my email address. Finally get the app installed and it’s a monster. Try opening the link again … just brings me back to the app, no doc in sight. So I asked Monday’s AI… it told me to try opening the link in a browser! (So I did, which sent me back to the app…) Now that I’ve uninstalled, I can start working on getting them to forget my email address…

Unethical.
I’m forced to use this platform for my full time job and it really weighs on my conscious that they are a Zionist company who supports the genocide/ecocide of Palestine and it’s indigenous peoples. The AI features are also horrible.
new update broke it
been using this for ages and the new update DOESN’T WORK. it wouldn’t let me add a task to my board, the automations wouldn’t work. i deleted the app and redownloaded it and now it won’t let me log back in…
BEST APP EVER
Productivity has increased, I’m in love with all the filters, access to my info quickly and all the other fun things

Notifications are bugged on IOS
I can’t see any of my notifications in the app, it just keeps loading forever.
Get your email marketing right
I got 3 same marketing emails in a row when i press unsubscribe it says cannot unsubscribe.
Get it right, my whole company uses monday & we don't need more promotional marketing emails.
If this keeps up we will switch.

Great version of the desktop app
Well maintained and useful version of the desktop app.
I’ve had enough
I have to use this app to upload pictures for my job and I’m so tired of how horrible the compression algorithm is for upload pictures I find myself having to upload 1 picture at a time because if I upload more it acts like it’s stuck on a loop trying to upload the photos until it eventually fails and then I have to try again and again and I use to think it was my signal but it doesn’t matter if I have five bars or two it just doesn’t work as it should and I’m tired of it please fix this.

Mobile version is useless
The desktop version is fine but the mobile app is completely useless. You can’t access anything or add any new notes or activities. It seems to have been this way for years based off of other reviews. Not sure why you would even create a mobile version if it serves no purpose
Your G’s can’t join your team
So we’re making a app and then we can’t send emails to eachother with right settings on and we can’t invite eachother, highly disappointed with this lack of level on understanding what to do. like you need a tutorial
It’s a slow app that glitches
We use this in our Salon and Spa to be in communication with our team, we have a daily carryover note that we do for each month and by the time you get to the 15th you cannot open it on your phone and if you try to type something, it deletes it and when you open it on a computer, everything is mixed up.

iPhone Widgets need improve
Overall I love Monday and the app makes it easy to access boards when needed. Unfortunately it can be a bit tedious to get to a specific board in the app. I would LOVE a home screen widget that would let me see my todo list and let me change the status of it without having to dig through the app. 🩷 to the Monday team!

Game Changer
This app is great and continues to evolve to help my company scale and grow! Leveraging the AI employees to their full potential is incredible. I sometimes look at what I built from scratch in amazement!
Cannot Cancel from App
There is no way to cancel from a phone. There is no option from the app and the website will automatically reroute you to the app every time. I cannot find a work around to cancel via phone.
Much better apps available
App is basic, overpriced, and you have to jump through hoops to get a refund. Better options out there.
