Exactly What I Needed
I wanted an app that helped me stay consistent and gave me actionable data on my nervous system. NEUROFIT is perfect!
Absolutely NOT
Very first question I was asked and very first thing said to me, “1am is an odd time to be reaching out for this”… Uhmmmm this was beyond inappropriate- if someone’s reaching out for help that’s one of the lasts things that should ever be said to them. EVER. Mental health is delicate and it’s hard enough reaching out to anyone or anything at any time. Also people have different schedules-people do work nights but the main point is that was literally the most inappropriate thing that could be said to someone reaching out for help anc trying to improve their mental health. There’s enough obstacles and commentary in the world already so it takes guts to reach out at all-for anyone-that was so far out of line. And let alone the very first thing that was said to me I’d shut this app right down if I could what if that would have been said to someone suicidal?! Or someone not so quick to just brush the whole conversation off and leave like I did? There could have been some major damage there. Sure hope all your AI’s aren’t programmed to talk to the mentally ill or individuals looking for ways to improve like that. Let’s hope no one tries af 4am right when they get to work wonder what kind of opinionated comments they’ll receive from an AI who by the way doesn’t even have conception of time lol because it’s a COMPUTER-or a digitalized response so somebody better let the AI know this..

Incredible healing
This is the best spent money I have spent on trying to find real healing for my MCAS and nervous system dysfunction ever and I have spent lots of money! The app it’s self is great at measuring and monitoring and helping you notice your nervous system dysregulation but the AI therapist ( not sure if that’s what it’s called) is incredible! I have learned so much about myself, my triggers, how to regulate and love and accept my past (and leave it there) from this app. I am positive I will actually be able to find real healing as I keep doing the sessions and applying what I have learned. I can’t even express in words my appreciation for the creators of this app and the AI system that is on here. It’s pure gold! If you are thinking about getting this app stop thinking and do it! You will not regret it!!!

Excellent Investment in Nervous System Health ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This app is a revelation. The data tracking takes the guesswork out of nervous system fitness and habit development. The balance exercises are do-able, effective, and easy to fit into even very full days. This app has genuinely helped me build resilience and self-awareness of what works for me. Anyone serious about their nervous system health can benefit.

I completed the course and was denied certification
I purchased the NEUROFIT certification program specifically to become certified. The course is marketed as self-paced, and the onboarding materials encouraged me to “take my time and pace myself” - with no reminders or prompts about a strict 90-day deadline throughout the entire course.
I completed everything required and submitted my work. I was denied certification purely because I was outside the deadline, not because of the quality of my submission. When I raised this with support, including offering to pay a late fee, I was met with templated, dismissive responses and eventually told “this is final and we won’t be responding further.”
For a brand built around nervous system health and wellbeing, the lack of empathy or flexibility was genuinely shocking. A refund was eventually issued but only after I formally disputed the matter. If you’re considering this program for certification purposes, make sure you can complete everything within 90 days - and know that if anything gets in the way, don’t expect any understanding from their team.

Helpful and Therapeutic
So far, I find this app great and helpful for my wellbeing all around. I initially was just going to try the free trial but days flew by and I’m still using it. 😌
Not worth it
It takes FOREVER to do the body scan readings and more times than not when it’s done it says it needs a better quality scan. It uses just a few really generic life domains to rate and then just a handful of exercises that repeat. Good idea but not at all worth the money.
This app is a game changer
As a hypnotherapist who works with mind-body connection I absolutely love this app! It’s laid out so well, the exercises are so simple ti follow and understand, and the education on nervous system is so helpful along the way. The extra resources really help you deep dive into supporting yourself. As a busy mum and business owner, I have noticed such a shift in balancing my nervous system, and being able to do that with such a busy life. It will also help me support clients on their journey to healing.

WOW! This app changed my life
I had literally spent $100K plus trying to heal myself until I realized I was dealing with a nervous system issue. I found this app and within weeks I was a different human. I didn’t believe it was working at first because the changes crept up so quietly but all of a sudden I found that I was less anxious, less worried all of the time and more balanced. Thank you for this gem! The care and intention that’s gone into this app is so obvious

Great Concept That Falls Short
Overall this is a great concept. The ai “therapist” is really useful but I find that after a few session, I was kind of done with the app. The check ins become monotonous and I didn’t find much forward momentum. Has really good potential but ultimately wasn’t worth the price for me.

Neurofit has added an amazing quick outlet and daily check in experience to my life. I’ve done somatic work before, but the app makes it so easy to determine where I am struggling in the moment and provides great Balance exercises to help me shift to a calm state

Yup, I was able to explore a few things before making the decision to purchase. Looked promising… so I subscribed to the app and ZERO features / content unlocked… now I have a 3 day trial to basically nothing before they charge me for 3 months. Sad this app was DOA, I had high hopes

Great for regulation
Loved the new awareness the NEUROFIT app brought to my wellbeing. Until using the app, I hadn’t paid much attention to my nervous system regulation, beyond noticing when I was stressed and being present enough to calm down. Checking in each morning was illuminating; but even more so, I appreciated having the app as a go-to reference whenever I was in an undesireable state and getting instant recommendations on how to shift into a healthier state.
