The address field is not being accepted when clicked on. The field remains frozen
This doesn’t work at all.
I want to report a pothole. Why can’t I just take a picture and give you the pothole address? Instead, you ask me my home address, my email, my phone number. That’s too much and no one has the patience to fill out. A pothole is a pothole, it doesn’t matter who report it. All you need is a picture and location. Please make it simpler. The pothole in my neighborhood has been there for 2 months and no one is bothering to take a look. Even the traffic police, the one who gives parking ticket didn’t do anything. What a shame.

The app is trash no with no accountability from the agency you report the complaint they take forever to respond.
App redirects to the website where you have to start your request from scratch. This app is useless. Fix it.
They’re lenient towards whites and blacks letting them get away with having loud barking and whining dogs every night from 10pm-7am which is violation of noise code, People are trying to sleep!!!
I used to report pothole with one click through the app now if you try to report pothole you’ll be directed to DOT Website. And you have to fill out a form
Can’t file a complaint due to unable to input an address.
You can no longer easily submit a complaint in the App. It kicks to the website that has a never ending link tree saying "you can submit a complaint" but with no ability to do so. What a joke!!
311 is a joke! The complaints gets closed within seconds of the submission saying the issue did not warrant a summons.
NYC is becoming unlivable. Now they took off the homeless assistance option from the app because cops cant be bothered.
It shows no school , delayed trash , suspended larking due to sniw at night time but in the morning kids are studying trash is taken and tickets for everybody rely on this app
Whats the point of the app if its always gonna redirect you to the website
Thanks. 🙏🏾
All this app does is open a text message for you where some agent directs to a website to solve an issue that then redirects to 311. Which redirects you back to that website
It’s 2025. This is NYC. Integrate spell check into this app already!
It’s ok.
App is not user friendly and it doesn’t allow you to make multiple complaints on some of the services , it doesn’t allow me to make Rodent complaints, I would give it 0 stars but I’m being generous..
Somehow autocorrect is turned off for text fields. It’s really annoying to type out something and have to manually backspace to correct any errors.
Would give it five stars if the app actually allowed you to submit a complaint. Gets stuck on the submit button and always have to go to the mobile web browser to actually submit a complaint. Chances of OTI fixing this are zero, of course.
