This app is a total disappointment
I’m genuinely disappointed with my recent experience with Nykaa. I ordered 3 pants on 16 August, and the expected delivery was 18–19 August. Since the delivery date was early, I planned to use these pants for my upcoming trip and didn’t arrange any backup. However, the order was delayed, and when it finally arrived, 2 of the 3 pants were the same color, even though I had ordered 3 different colors.
I requested a replacement, and the incorrect pants were collected on 22 August. The replacement was supposed to arrive today, 24 August, but I’m now being told it will be delivered on Wednesday. I’m leaving Delhi tomorrow, so this delay means I won’t be able to use them for my trip.
I’ve also tried contacting customer support through both calls and messages, but I haven’t received the kind of assistance or resolution I expected. The repeated delays and lack of proper communication have been very frustrating.
I hope Nykaa takes this feedback seriously and improves its delivery and customer support process.

Dont trust Nykaa fashion I’m still waiting for my items return and payment return kindly help me with that i already requested for return but nykaa team cancel without even attempting i didn’t get a call it’ll be good if you can help when needing
