I've been using Obe since 2020, covid, giving birth, I needed something to get me back in shape from home. Since then it's been my workout partner through many of my life transitions. And during my perimenopause, I'm not giving it up. I recommend to friends and friends of friends. Can't get enough of Obe!

The Best

I have tried several online at home fitness platforms. I have stayed with this one since 2022. It has everything I need. My favorite stuff is the beat driven dance cardio. Other platforms fail in that area.

My favorite fitness platform. I hate repeating a workout . Obe has such a huge selection that you don't ever have to repeat a workout. I also love the personal banter that the instructors do in class . A more personal feel.
