Everything works as it should. Customer support has been helpful when issues arise. The system is affordable. Overall this is a great solution for business operations.

Would be great if I could log in

I can log in fine on the website but the app is a different story. Even tried changing the password but still can’t get into the app.

Excellent Alternative

We got two desk and one cordless phone for our Clinic and none of them work properly with the vape for months we’ve had consistent issues, and I came across the option of using the Uma app with our personal cell phones! Absolute lifesaver and no issues since!

Terrible

OOMA is terrible for business. The app is the worse on your phone. Calls have issues coming in, if they come in at all and everything else is so slow and behind. The only way it’s worth a darn is if you have a hardwired phone e otherwise forget it look elsewhere.

Great service, and the mobile app is very user friendly.

Fairly unreliable and frustrating

The app drops calls quite frequently and has errors retrieving my call history and vm fairly often, it’s pretty frustrating. If those items could be fixed I’d be pretty happy with it.

Terrible app and setup experience

When I signed up for Ooma, I was promised a lot of features that the app simply doesn’t deliver. The app constantly says “internet not connected” even when my connection is perfectly fine. Syncing is delayed, calls are unreliable, and the audio quality is terrible more often than not.

For a business phone system, reliability should be the bare minimum. Instead, the app feels buggy, outdated, and inconsistent. Very disappointing experience overall.

Exceptional

I’ve had Ooma for over two years and I haven’t experienced a single issue. It’s been flawless in its operation so far. And the cost has remained the same!

Worst service

We’ve been using Ooma for nearly 5 years and we have so many problems with them. Today, May 2026 has been the worst for nearly a month. The app has not been working on my phone saying that there is no network connection when it clearly I have 5G reception. Updated iOS updated app deleted and reinstall the app and every time to even try to login, it says no network connection. The worst service very hard to get out of. They hold your phone number hostage for 14 days if you want to port it over to another.

The app works very well, so it is very helpful. I just can’t mirror it to my computer so I have to use speakerphone.

Do not use for medical office

Unfortunately we have this horrible service my calls drop every time I pick up the phone my patients get so mad and I’m literally losing money over this ooma is a joke stay away don’t fall for the scam

Blank Screen on Mobile App

Works fine on PC, when on the mobile app, its a solid black screen after logging in, just says “services” at the top. No functionality. They need to update the app asap. Currently not functional for newest iphone 17 pro max with iOS 26.4

Worst Connection Ever

Literally drops calls constantly and will constantly say there’s no Internet so I can’t check previous call logs or make calls or take calls on a daily basis.
