Having a 500, 600, 700 or 800 electric bill is wild. I have never in my adult life had a bill that high till the data centers went up. There was zero permission ask or permission granted to kill us while we are paying for our own, our families or others deaths because what these centers are doing. Thanks to Trump and his goons they are trying to take out a community that is consistently for centuries being mulled by you people. It’s unfair because we did nothing to deserve this but be born into a world that don’t see us as valuable assets to this world because we don’t die we multiply and there is nothing that you, him and the rest of yall thugs and gang members can do about it.

They constantly steal money. I work all day every day. No one is in my apartment, I use the same stuff and my a/c barely be on but somehow my bill always says it’s up over $50 orne due to new usage of whatever they wanna claim

App was great but stopped working properly
I use the app mainly to check my usage to make sure I am not surprised at the end of the month. But suddenly when I try to check the usage I get “Sorry, this information isn't available for this view.” I can still check on a computer, but not nearly as convenient. Please fix!

The app is easy to use and I like that they take the payment right away instead of waiting days to take it. I will refer this app to others that I know that have a PEPCO bill.
Terrible Functionality
Using the app while you have the service enrolled is easy. But if you have to try and end or change your service good luck the app/website is practically useless. I can’t cancel my current address because a stop request was created but when I got to edit the stop request it says no stop request can be found and it’s an endless loop. Because of this I can’t stop my current service or start my new one. Extremely frustrating.

Fantastic app
I bought an older home and my electric bills were off the charts-in the $800 range. PEPCO engineers quickly helped to identify the problem and taught me about the app which allows you to monitor your usage. I would consider my bills now to be on the low side.

This app does not work long enough for you to pay your bill or set it up. I have just had to login three times only to still not being able to login
Explanation of double fees and extra taxes reason to change every bill.
The extra fees and taxes are not because of the individual, but because of companies endeavors. Individuals should not have to pay increase payment for something they are not contributing to using or doing.

This is a horrible practice and the app is unhelpful as most changed require you to call and speak to someone that never answer…. Go with a different electric company at all costs
Charging to pay a bill is ludicrous
I think it’s crazy that you can charge me an additional $2+, for paying my bill. It’s not delinquent. Stealing little money adds up over time and I’m a disabled veteran on a fixed income. Are there any programs for disabled veterans who sacrificed themselves for your safety.

I don’t know why the bills are so high I’m a senior citizen and I try my best to pay all my bills on time but I really appreciate it a senior citizen discount. I’ve been in my house 24 years. I’ve been in my house 24 years and I’ve never had any of my utilities cut off, but I think that they should lower the prices of the utility bills for senior citizens
