Fantastic app
I bought an older home and my electric bills were off the charts-in the $800 range. PEPCO engineers quickly helped to identify the problem and taught me about the app which allows you to monitor your usage. I would consider my bills now to be on the low side.

This app does not work long enough for you to pay your bill or set it up. I have just had to login three times only to still not being able to login
Explanation of double fees and extra taxes reason to change every bill.
The extra fees and taxes are not because of the individual, but because of companies endeavors. Individuals should not have to pay increase payment for something they are not contributing to using or doing.

This is a horrible practice and the app is unhelpful as most changed require you to call and speak to someone that never answer…. Go with a different electric company at all costs
Charging to pay a bill is ludicrous
I think it’s crazy that you can charge me an additional $2+, for paying my bill. It’s not delinquent. Stealing little money adds up over time and I’m a disabled veteran on a fixed income. Are there any programs for disabled veterans who sacrificed themselves for your safety.

I don’t know why the bills are so high I’m a senior citizen and I try my best to pay all my bills on time but I really appreciate it a senior citizen discount. I’ve been in my house 24 years. I’ve been in my house 24 years and I’ve never had any of my utilities cut off, but I think that they should lower the prices of the utility bills for senior citizens

An unavoidable Expense
Truthfully, I can’t do anything about it and I mean it’s electricity not sure how exactly to rate. I will say the last few times that I spoke to a customer service rep. They were kind and they were helpful although I still can’t get answers to why my bill is so astronomically high for a single person living in a condo

Dear PEPCO, thank you for your speedy service. Our powerline broke at 10:05 AM this morning and a PEPCO truck was on our street within 30 minutes. Our power just came back on and was only out for less than two hours. Now that’s great service! My neighbors and I thank you!🙏🏽
