Hitting the back button clears all the filters on your cart. It lacks a repeat purchase option since I’m usually buying the same thing week to week. “See price in cart” discount doesn’t show any discount no matter the quantity you put in.

lots of options, bugged interface
This website/app does offer a lot of pet brand varieties and deals. It would be serviceable if their system wasn't so frustratingly buggy. When adding items to the cart, products will not always appear and can take several minutes to process before showing up. Furthermore, there is a very inconvenient error where the cart will suddenly become empty, losing all prior items placed into it. This has bug occurred several times while trying to use the shopping interface.
Unfortunately, it is much less of a hassle to simply go to the store in-person rather than spend over an hour attempting to get the online system to function properly.

I wish we were able to add the member card to apple wallet.
No Apple-Pay or PayPal option at checkout
No Apple Pay or PayPal option at checkout. Isn’t a single reputable retailer that doesn’t offer this. It’s a necessity in today’s credit card fraud environment.

Not User Friendly after Ordering
Shopping on the app is easy but reviewing your order status is either missing or hidden somewhere. App still needs a lot of refining. One should be able to easily access order info. Even after reviewing FAQs all I could find was my autoship info (only half of my order). No idea where the tab exists on the app. Frustrating because I’m not even being updated via text and/or email.

Can’t checkout
Won’t let me checkout. Every time i click checkout, it just takes me to the main page/ redirects me there.
Lousy, needs lots more work
Glitches, search features are awful. Latest failure-search fish oil, 1170 options, then filter for cats, 🙄 pathetic, then filter for supplements (6), none are fish oil, I’m done, over to PetSmart.
Stop trying to force notifications
I really haven’t had any issues with the app until now. It was a little slow, but it’s new so I’ll give a pass. However, for almost two weeks now, every time I open the app, it tries to make me enable notifications or it won’t open. So now every time, I have to click enable, go to settings, not enable, and then it opens. It’s so frustrating. I do not want a bunch of notifications of my dog’s pet food. Please fix this issue. I’d rather just use the website at this point.

Seriously. This would have been considered a poorly designed, out of date e-commerce site back in like 2011. I love my local store, but when i don't have time to go in and have to deal with this hell site I feel like I'm going to lose it.
Like tonight, I see the ad for buy 3 get 1, so I try to browse the products. but all 350 of them are in totally random order. you can filter them of course. but if you hit back, it's random all over again. so basically you have to reset parameters every time in order to have any sort of order in your shopping. ridiculous. and it's always something like this. terrible search function generally.

I couldn’t get it to do anything. Slow and buggy so I deleted it. Hopefully they’ll improve it.

Grooming selection is spotty at best. When it works I can’t get an appointment for weeks. Mostly just crashes and tells me to call the store.

Your app is horrible 7/10 times I have attempted to place an order for delivery and your app is not working.
App doesn't work
App doesn't maintain and record your rewards as they say. It tells you to check your dashboard but there is nothing there. In fact it tells you to look below for your rewards coupon but there is nothing below. I emailed twice with no response. I wish them luck in the pet market but this is not a good start or look for them.

The store itself is great but the app
I don’t know what it is with the app and what it is when I try to place an order online but every time I try to it always says that something is out of stock. But it doesn’t state what the item that is out of stock is that I should remove out of the cart. And then once I remove everythingor do things separately my orders still don’t get processed through. so I just deleted the app in hopes to install it again and hoping that I won’t continue to keep having these problems.

Doesn’t work. Super slow and not able to access anything. Frustrating to try to shop for anything. Impossible.
Needs some work
Great that PSP finally has an app, but it has a few issues that make it harder to use than the website. My biggest gripe is that if you search for a product and then filter your search results, once you click on a product and then use the back button to go back to your results, it loses your filters! So you have to filter all over again or give up and go to the website or another pet supplies app. Also you can’t magnify the images for the products.
