Can’t book an appointment
Seriously PetSmart. You have an online booking process that you aren’t able to access. Fix this please!! It hasn’t been working for 72 hours. Jesus
Services section can’t find pets
I can’t use the app to book a service because the saved pets don’t come up in the booking process. The pets are saved and if I try to make it again anyway while booking it’ll say it already exists.
Update ruined site!
I have taken all three of my dogs to Petsmart for years. Zoe has been grooming them for several years. All of a sudden with the most recent update, all my pets are out of the system. When I try to ADD them, it says they’re already on the system. WHERE ARE THEY?
Please correct this ERROR! I have to CALL the Martinsville location to book an appt now, and it’s not convenient!

I’ve switched from Petco to Petsmart for a myriad of reasons: kind & competent staff, non-cluttered store, better prices, Lucky Paws is there to actually interact with cats for adoption, etc. You have everything I need!
Love the app!
The app makes it easy to activate rewards offers and to shop. I appreciate how it looks at inventory and suggests other PetSmart stores in the area that have the item in stock in the event my usual store is out. I use the online shopping with store pickup on a frequent basis. It’s so convenient. It saves me time and prevents me from forgetting to buy what I need!

Doesn’t work!
Won’t allow me to make a purchase. Keeps telling me to update my address, even though it’s correct. Terrible app.
Glitchy-dropped all my dogs
I can’t book a grooming appointment because the app dropped all of my dogs and won’t let me add them because they’re already on my profile? How does that work?
They broke the app!
App used to work fine. You were able to book appointments no problem. You can no longer book appointments and it’s been like this for 2 months. You are hurting the business, fix this asap!!!
App problem
PetSmart Whenever I try to book a pet grooming appointment for my dog, the system fails or blocks the request, even though my app is fully updated and my account is in good standing. There appears to be a restriction or flag on my profile preventing me from scheduling. Please check my account status and lift this restriction so I can book grooming services.

Frustrated
I have the app for a few years, never had issues until now. I can’t seem to pay via Apple Pay. Credit card is in good standing, nothing wrong on my end. Very frustrating
i hate petsmart so much.
returns are so difficult, the basking rock i ordered for my bearded dragon came broken mind you i paid 50 dollars for it because i wanted it that bad. i went on the app to see how i can return it or get a replacement and found out i have to call and send it back but if i did it that way they wouldn’t fully refund me and they’d take my money to send it back with no replacement?? my only other option is bringing it into a store but i ordered this because i cant drive, i live in a small town and there’s no petsmarts nearby so i guess im just out 50 dollars.

DOES NOT WORK
App is slow , doesn’t add anything to my cart and always logs me out

App won’t let me schedule grooming appointments - I have to call the store to schedule. It used to work great- then changed to allow one but not both and now it doesn’t have either pet listed but when I put their info in- it says I already have that pet …but I can’t access it! Pointless app!
Trash App
I’ve never used so a buggy, faulty app that receives a new update 1-2 times a week. Slow to load, doesn’t add coupons correctly all of the time, very poor UI to navigate. Overall, a dreadful app that should be done away with
Payments
Hard to order online with app. Have to delete and work thru website and REENTER payment method and card info each time. Extremely frustrating.
Please fix this app
I always have issues using the app. Either there’s an error when I try to add something to the cart or my points go from $10 to $3 without even doing anything. It’s annoying please fix it
