Rebook Last Grooming Appointment Fails
So I’ve been using this App for several years. It’s never been great but has some benefits. I primarily use it for booking my dogs grooming appointments. I like the option to rebook the last appointment but it just hangs and never proceeds on iOS. Please fix this as it will save users a lot of time!

Completely Unuseable
I have used the petsmart app for a few years and it is alright for most things. Recently, however, I have been completely unable to add items to my cart, change quantities of things in my cart, or add a new payment method without the entire app crashing. I have been unable to order anything. Extremely frustrating.

So many bugs in this app, it makes it soooo frustrating to use. This has been on going for years.

It sucks. Cannot add items. Cannot buy more than one item at a time without going thru a full reorder process. I asked for first item to be delivered and expected second item added to cart would also be delivered. Instead, the cite ordered it as pickup only. Worse yet it ordered it for pickup at a store far away …. AND there is no way to correct this on the cite nor any help desk to correct it!!!! The cite sucks! I’m looking into Petco from now on.

Worst Retail App
Log in to your account and what you get is advertising. No obvious way to find Account Settings ( probably do not exist) or Auto Orders to make changes. Setting up an order is gruelling: you get the wrong choice or the choice does not appear. Trying to correct gives ulcers! Trying to pay, supposing you get that far, is often an exercise in futility. A grade 4 student designing a website could do better! As a senior with limited mobility I am forced to go through this every month.

Can never add a pet can never pay your bill online. The app absolutely sucks.

Please get the shopping cart to show as i tried several times to place order on the app and the cart just cannot load

The app is slow. I have good connection and the latest iPhone. I try to make an appt for my doggo’s grooming and it doesn’t recognize his saved information. I try to re-enter and say that his information is already in the system, but I don’t see. I’m force to call to make the appt as there is no way to proceed.

I'm trying to book a grooming appointment and the app won't load my pet going through the services and then says she already exists when I try and add her. I go to try through the package deal and it just keeps a loading page.

I’m trying to book a grooming appointment and this stupid app keeps crashing. It’s not letting me buy a package. The option to purchase it is grayed out. I could make a better app myself with Claude than these morons.
Scam store
They’ll randomly start charging extra you on subscription orders and it’s next to impossible to return items.

I’ve been trying to make appointments but the screen never loads and it’s always after it’s updated

I’ve had three dogs since I’ve moved to Barnegat. Buddha & Cleo have since gone to doggy heaven 🥺but I saved a mutt and his name is JamesBond! He just turned three ❤️
EVERY SINGLE GROOMER has loved and cared for all three! Buddha was nervous, and Joanie was super special with him and he felt amazing when she was done. Cleo could be pampered with no issues but again Joanie with her special talents and love made her too look beautiful!
I immediately came in to show everyone JamesBond when he was just weeks old and, YES, Joanie met & fell in love with him as he has her.
I don’t know how Joanie does it, but WOW, she is my all time favorite groomer and I ALWAYS try to book her when making JB’s appointments!ENORMOUS SHOT OUT TO JOANIE for her talents, huge heart, and love for all animals, especially mine.
PLEASE NOTE, ALLLLLL the groomers are SIMPLY FANTASTIC & when Joanie isn’t available, I’m most definitely comfortable with whomever takes care of my boy JamesBond❤️
My deepest thanks to the PetSmart Groomers at the Manahawkin NJ location & keep up the fantastic work!!!

Constant error codes while using this app considering not using it anymore it's frustrating and keeps telling me an unexpected error occurred I'm sick of it I just want to place my order HASSLE FREE
Fix the app
The app is messed up I tried to book a grooming appt for my dog and it isn’t connecting her name to my account in the booking site. Or even when I say, book again. When I add a dog, it says she already has an account and won’t let me go further, but still won’t connect. I had to call to book the appointment.
