I do like the affordable plans, but you get what you pay for: there are quite a lot of areas that have no service for me but other people with different cell phone plans have service, and the data can be pretty slow for 5G, also inconvenient when I get signed out of the app randomly and so my data won’t work and so I can’t open the app to sign back into it until I have wifi

Both my husband and I have Canada, US and Mexico plan. It’s been working great for the both of us. Transferred phones a few times and set up was a breeze.

This is the worst cellphone company in Canada.
It is ok when things work.
But, when you have a problem there is not customer support. No human. You have to fight with a stupid robot. You can also raise a ticket and hope the monkey that takes your ticket understands your problem.

App is just Koodo pop-up ads
This app is pointless to use now, literally just pop-up ads to switch to Koodo.
Bad signal
In the last few months the signal downgraded and I barely get any internet connection which is so frustrating at times. Not reliable anymore.

Had a problem with outgoing calls. Catalina helpfully resolved the issue.

On a brand new iPhone 17e with a default app display size of medium, it is not possible to create a new account on the app. The process breaks down when the cookies notice pops up and no “continue” or “accept” button is visible or accessible to advance the set-up.
No Wifi Calling
Public has most of what I required…all except wifi calling. For whatever reason this still isn’t available, unless you’re willing to pay more for less with other providers; and have your bill increase every 12 months.
Annoying ads
Downgraded from a five star app to 2. A full screen ad to switch to Koodo every time I open the app, then banners at the top that have to be pressed away each time, again advertising Koodo. Give it a rest.
