not a good app
doesn’t load calls, and when it does you can’t hear inmates. so many bugs that need to be fixed and updated, definitely would just recommend going to visit loved ones at the jail instead of wasting your time on this app trying to get it to work.
Troublesome invasive.
My phone began glitching after I downloaded this forced upon me app to be allowed to speak to an inmate at the Boone county jail facility. It didn’t ever work correctly for any of the three of us. Now I can’t get rid of its access to my speaker at anytime. Seems fishy to me?
Video calling
Have done all the troubleshooting ideas and nothing works can’t even get the test call to have volume. My inmate tries and all he gets is call failed. So upsetting because this system is better than the one this jail had before
Don’t work
My husband can see and hear me, I can see him but I can’t hear him. I’ve tried everything - sign out, restart or power off the phone, uninstall and reinstall the app. It’s ridiculous

This app is the most horrible video visit app out there. Don’t waste your money on even attempting to use the video option of this app.

if you can even get to the point where you receive a notification an inmate is trying to contact you, the audio doesn’t work. even with microphone enabled, headphones, speaker, etc. wasted call money trying to figure the issue out. please fix this or at least include better setup instructions or anything.

FTC and Consumer Protection needs to get involved
THEFT OF SERVICE is what this app does. This is a CRIMINAL act, that they charge and receive money and then do NOT deliver the services. Bait and switch! The FTC and Apples amd Android App Stores and the State of SD Consumer Protection needs to investigate these corrupt app developers. Fix the app or be prepared for a class action lawsuit!

The quality of picture and sound belongs back in the early 2000s.
It takes at least 5 attempts for the call to actually connect.
The developers of this app seem to feel that because these are incarcerated people and their families that they do not deserve adequate technology.
In addition, this company is making quite a lot of money ($0.25 PER MINUTE) while providing abysmal service. They get away with it because regardless of the circumstances people want to be able to speak with and see their loved ones.
Shame on this company.

This app is awful. When trying to connect to a family loved one in jail and you can’t connect and you lose out on that connection and possibly the $$. Not only that but the sound quality is just awful apparently your family loved in in jail can hear you talk but we can’t hear our family loved one talk to us from the jail. It’s rather annoying and considering what people pay to put on their loved ones accounts to be able to be connected is crap and for it not to work is a waste of money for all. All we want to be able to do is be connected with our family and loved ones while they are in jail and this is not the right app. Please resolve the problem maybe even some reimbursements wouldn’t hurt either.
