Disappointed
Coming from a company with a unique and such a well thought out app like Strava and seeing so many high reviews I expected this app to be so much better
The questions asked prior to the plan are way too generic and none of them fit where I was currently at. The “feedback” after a workout is a simple thumbs up or thumbs down. They ask about past injuries but then don’t dive any deeper than “did you have one” I was 2 months removed from a broken arm, there is also no way to input that you’ve experienced any minor injuries during the program in order to have adjustments made
The only saving grace for this app is the ease of which it works with my Apple Watch

My most regretted purchase
So expensive and the app essentially doesn’t work. Do you want to hear pace updates while you run? Too bad, your headphone connection will randomly drop mid workout with no way to manually reconnect. Do you want your pace to be accurate if you run between 9:30 min/mile and 6:30 min/mile? Good luck! It will function half the time MAYBE. This would be fine if the “sync from another app” function actually worked, but it doesn’t! On top of that, I’m pretty sure all of the “training” is AI generated at this point, and the targets are ambitious to the point of injury. Truly the worst.

I paid $180 for the pre my and it’s asking me to pay again
Strava
Don’t waste your time or money. Goose Strava and thank me later
So expensive and AI
Be wary this app has a TONNE of ai building runs. It’s not quiet the “Trainer” USP they once had.
And one thing an AI does not know. Is your body. Be wary.
