Demand is horrible for people who have to work
Dumbest thing ever, I always have anxiety that the app will never let me get a bus and makes me keep trying 10-20 times before a ride gets booked, so I’m always way to early for work or potentially late because I can’t book a bus, have normal hours , this sucks
Useless notifications
I never get notifications when I actually need them for the busses, only a persistent three times a day notification that tells me in a very condescending way that it’s my responsibility to know when the bus is coming and to give the driver my name. If I didn’t need this on the odd time I have no choice but to catch the bus on Sundays, I would just uninstall it and never take an evening weekend bus again. Waste of memory space, frankly.

This app is vey amazing! All the bus drivers are awesome and nice.
Useless app
Everytime i try to book, there’s always high traffic in app and i am not able to book. Then, the booking time closes and i am left waiting. There is no point of having an app when it doesn’t even work.
Useless and inconvenient
Please get this idea of having the public transport on demand during weekends.. there’s no point. People are suffering including your drivers.
