Why is Photo ID not accepted that was issued by Service NSW in my portal?!!!

Multi factor authentication problem
The multi-factor authentication is preventing me from logging in. I’ve even set up the same two devices that I used when I was able to log in before.

Is dreadful in an otherwise useful app. Change password it logs you put - standard. Log back in and the 2fa kicks in. One option (the others don’t work for me) is to “Use a one-time code in the app”. To do this it takes you to the log in page. So username and password, 2fa, use the app. This takes you to the log in page… did anyone in the development team think about testing this, and then might have spotted the minor flaw?

Unable to login/authenticate
I’ve uninstalled this app on my android, then on iPhone this app ask for authentication, ask me to confirm on my android. Impossible
Needs updating asap!
There should be way more digital IDs available by now, especially the NSW Photo ID which has been several years in the making and is still not available. Also, why are these IDs not integrated with Apple’s iPhone digital wallet?
