Just never works, always an issue
MFA notification doesn’t send
Not only do they constantly have issues preventing core services (except for surprise surprise revenue generation) from running, the notification doesn’t work when logging in. I’ve hit resend multiple times and still no notification in my app.

Multi factor authentication problem
The multi-factor authentication is preventing me from logging in. I’ve even set up the same two devices that I used when I was able to log in before.

Is dreadful in an otherwise useful app. Change password it logs you put - standard. Log back in and the 2fa kicks in. One option (the others don’t work for me) is to “Use a one-time code in the app”. To do this it takes you to the log in page. So username and password, 2fa, use the app. This takes you to the log in page… did anyone in the development team think about testing this, and then might have spotted the minor flaw?
