Logged out and get back in, probably for the best as nothing worked on it anyway.
Can’t make Apple Pay top ups
Used to work fine but now every transaction is showing as “risk declined”. Tried multiple banks and each shows the transaction going through and being immediately refunded so don’t think it’s a bank issue.
Contacted “VIP support” whose only level of support via web chat was to tell me to call. Useless.

New app keeps logging me out and I have to go through the setup every time I try and use it.
Update has broken the app
For whatever reason, since the app rebranded to ‘Engage’ it has been a nightmare trying to pay for my voucher. I am constantly faced with Error: failed to load, when attempting to checkout… this is become increasingly more frustrating when using the app for visits to the supermarket.
