Don’t trust this app with your money

I made a dumb decision by putting half of my paycheck into this app. I used it a few times. But then I started having a lot of issues with the app. Like for example. My Wife needed me to send her $100 to her Apple Pay and for some reason it wasn’t going through. Then I did an online payment for 300 dollars. The payment never went through but it was taken away from my account. I emailed Step. They told me that I needed to do a dispute. I did the dispute. A week ago and I still haven’t received credit or my money back. Today I emailed them again and they told me that they can’t give me any credit until the investigation is completed and it could take 60-90 days…. That’s insane… so ladies and gentlemen, do not put your money into this app. Don’t use this app because your money is not safe with.

Good to use for children.

I’ve had my parents give me money biweekly for about two years if not a little more by now about 25-40 changing my the months every now and again. Never had a problem good way to teach the value of a dollar. I would recommend
