CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH MY SALARY IN IT
They closed my account with an email the day before my salary went in and I’m still waiting for my money. Impossible to get hold of and still no response to my emails. DO NOT USE THEM

It asks me to sign back in too many times and half the time it glitches and doesn’t log me in it’s really stressful using suits me

Terrible service, don’t answer online chat, takes around 1 hour to speak to someone on the phone. Have been asking to close my account by phone and email for over 2 weeks, told to cut up card but 4 weeks later logged in and noticed account is still open, luckily I transferred all my money out of this account in time. This company does not comply with GDPR regulations or requests. My advice don’t keep a lot of money in the account if you use this e-money provider. A complaint will be made to the FCA as they should not even have a license to operate as a ‘bank’

Very bad costumer service. They don’t help you at all with anything.
I tried calling them and wait 20min in the hours that they are supposed to answer and still didn't answer. My card doesn't work at all and I money left in there and they won't help me at all to fix it. Very bad costumer service.

I have had suits me for over 3years and one day my account was blocked,I managed to get in touch with safeguarding team after a week and was helped. A week later Suits me send over £15 for the inconvenience caused and I thought that was really lovely!

Please do not open an account with this company. They will close the account without any reason and are not responsive at all.

Made me upload documents out of the blue and stopped me from accessing my money.

Fraud
A company was taking payments of £18 a month from my account (computer save). This was without authorisation of any kind, why do Suits Me allow this to happen.

This bank is a total scam. They charge ridiculous and hidden fees just for transferring your own money. To make matters worse, they have now blocked my account and are refusing to let me access or withdraw my funds. Customer service is completely useless. Do not trust them with your money‼️!
