Good app but signs out too soon

This is a very good mobile app. It does pretty much everything that the full version does unfortunately, it signs out very frequently. You’ll scan a QR code and then it signs out the next day. What’s really annoying is it still send notifications to your phone, but then when you click on it, it says you need to sign in. This defeats the purpose if you’re away from your computer and can’t scan the QR code..

One of the better mobile rmm apps

Effective ticket management, but the remote management tools could be enhanced. Expanding the support options would be beneficial. Remote PowerShell capabilities would be particularly valuable.

Nice app compared to others.

Decent rmm app when compared to what’s available from other rmm competitors. Also happy to see it getting regular updates, will only continue to get better.

Stay Far Away

Run away from this shady company. Sales guys are incredibly rude and pushy. Could barely understand them. They use OpenAI which could pose as a risk for your client’s information.

It’s getting there!

The I.T. Company I work for migrated over to SuperOps about 6-7 months ago. So far, we’ve been very impressed. Initially, there was some trepidation about switching to an RMM platform that was newer and less-established. However, it seemed the team that was developing it was incredibly responsive and dedicated, and after talking with them, we felt confident in their ability to deliver a quality product. Initially, it was missing some features we liked, but over the last half year they’ve added pretty much all of them, and more! The app itself has gained a ton of functionality, and the quick responses of the team (plus their wealth of knowledge and ability to add features we request) has given us the best RMM experience we’ve ever had. Very impressive, eager to see how much better it’ll keep getting, and happy we switched to them!

Great Snapshot of the RMM/PSA

Love the improvements. Keep it going!

Great so far but…

This app is good but I would recommend the following two items.

1. Notifications are not working on the app for iOS. I see no settings to alert on tickets or agents.

2. Can’t refresh tickets and assets. Need to force close the app and reload. An option to swipe down to reload/refresh would be nice.

Hello! Thank you so much for your feedback. We do not currently support notifications with the app; however, it is definitely on the cards and we have initiated work towards that. Until then it would have to be Email notifications set up in the Web app. Also, we do refresh/reload the screen on swipe down. Can’t log in

Need to scan QR code on computer to log in. May as well just use the computer.
