FIX ISSUE ALREADY!
Since changing addresses, the app won’t let me use any of the parental management features for the devices. This is ridiculous! Fix this already plz! It’s been months!!!!
Word well for what I need it for
I use it to shut down wifi for my kids devices and mine when screen time locks are not enough. Plus it’s a great answer when the family relies on you to be the answer to “why is the internet not working” and I can tell them it’s the person in front of the device that is the issue. There are some things like multiple of the same device showing up in the list of recent devices but generally I’m able to determine what is what quickly and I was able to add a wifi extender very easily. Overall thankful for this app. Would be a bonus if I could control network settings like setting a dedicated 2gz frequency for IOT devices but again happy with it as is.

I upgraded to purefibre 3G from 1.5 several weeks ago, and Telus Connect will no longer display devices connected or network security, tried the in app support with absolutely no response app just says try resyncing/rebooting which of cause I have done multiple times to no avail.
