Not working and buggy
I’m new to Telus and because I am a new customer I am expecting good results from Telus since it’s one of the big 3 in Canada. Specifically this App is bothersome.. I did most of the trouble shooting out there and the app seems to log in but it’s not showing my credentials. If this is a well known bug please Telus don’t disappoint your new customer. Release a fix so that’ll work properly.

Horrible app
I would give it -10 stars if I could. I don’t understand how a major telecom company like Telus can’t deliver a functional app that allows customers to manage their systems without constant frustration. This app takes forever to load and barely works, even when it does, the performance is abysmal. I’ve had truly exhausting experience with this app

Figure it out Telus!
This app hardly ever works, then boots you out and won’t sign you back in. Figure it out properly if you’re going to have an app to control wifi!
Wifi pause
Telus Connect will often (more than half the time) not let me pause a profile or device unless I restart the app at least 10-20 times. The main reason I need this app is to pause the internet. I might have to look at alternatives after my current term expires.
Cant connect booster
