Not working
I am getting an error route api/login could not be found. API/news/list can’t be found. All pages give me some variation of this error.
Greater than two weeks for a text?
No help from customer service and two weeks later still says “ processed”

Helpful Service for Staying Connected
I’ve been using TextBehind to stay in touch with my loved one, and recently had an issue sending photos to a county facility. Their support team was responsive and helped me resolve everything quickly. The app makes it easy to send messages, and I appreciate how they print and deliver them when the jail doesn’t accept electronic mail. It really helps keep our family connected. Thank you!

YOU CANT NEVER GET IN TOUCH WITH NOBODY
Doesn’t work like before
This app has been failing me. I used it in the years prior, never had an issue. This year 2024 however, my inmate has not received my letters and pictures due to an error on TextBehind’s end. When my letter and pictures that I do online thru their website reaches my inmate, he is not able to receive it bcuz somehow someway a staple is included. After reaching out to the facility they assured me that when they open the letter to inspect it, a staple was included. BOTH TIMES! I have reached out to text behind and they don’t want to accommodate me for this inconvenience. I asked for a refund which was denied. This is the second time this happens. I’ve been a customer since 2020. I’m very dissatisfied & disappointed.

Easy letter writing you can talk. Text it.
This is a so you don’t have to hand. Write letters. You can add pictures and add letters for a small price and they send it real quick and you can just talk the whole letter out in a few minutes
Inexpensive and quick delivery
My loved one gets letters within three days and it costs less than 2 bucks to send photos and letter. Very grateful.
Not a Fan
I don’t know what the holdup is with this app. I never get my notifications even though they are enabled. My letters take days and days to be delivered to my loved ones and the letters that I receive from my loved ones are usually a week old. I’m not sure if the issue is with the prison system, because I know they have to print the letters out, but again, I’m just not a fan.

Exceptional Customer service
I’ve been using this app for almost two years. They are prompt with delivery. I had an issue with one facility not accepting my documents so I reached out to customer service. They responded promptly and resolved the issue. Ver helpful, I highly recommend using this app to communicate with your loved one.
