My favorite insurance

I love the General! I’ve used other insurance companies and was met with horrible rates and bad customer service. One of which I still owe in collections today that I haven’t used for over 5 years now. The general has given me the lowest rate, the app makes payment very easy, and their customer service reps are very understanding and helpful when needed. I’ve been with the general for about 3 years now and I have zero intention on ever switching companies!

Why

It’s very frustrating when I need an email verification anytime I want to use the app. I added a new card as my old one was stolen. Automatic payments seem to be turned off for some reason. Dumb app.
