Ordering and cancellation
Wanted to cancel my order that hasn’t even began processing yet and was told it wasn’t possible. Why? It’s still in submitted status and according to your own guidelines as long as it hasn’t been processed I can contact you to cancel? Instead you’re going to process a return. HORRIBLE. customer service.

What is wrong with app
I can’t sign in it keeps telling me it’s running too much In the background. I have a gift certificate I would like to use and I don’t think I can use it without signing in? It’s frustrating the app always has these glitches.

They always have what I need. Whenever I go in store the associates are always helpful. Haven’t had a bad experience yet!!🥰
The best store
I have been to at least 12 different Ulta stores, and they never disappoint. They are always clean, have very friendly staff, and allow customers to sample or play with products before committing to a full purchase. Also, in my opinion, their return policy is fantastic.
