It's true. Ulta Beauty is hitting the newest low right now in 2026
I joined Ulta in 2016. This July was my birthday and marked 10 years with them.
My order arrived damaged. Birthday gift missing. One item refunded after multiple photos and multiple representatives. Another item from the same damaged order remained charged.
The weirdest part was how little any of it seemed to matter.
Ten years of loyalty and somehow the most memorable part was realizing Ulta just doesn’t feel special anymore.
That’s unfortunate for a beauty company.
Crediblity was only at Ulta for such limited time. i miss it. but even then, not really.

App not loading
I’m literally been trying to get on the Ulta app and it won’t even load. I deleted the app downloaded again and still won’t load anything.
Changed my email & phone #
I can’t access my credit card after changing my email & phone #. It won’t allow me to sign in and is requiring me to to request help. The process has already taken me over an hour and doesn’t completely update.
Best app ever
