Wrong location
I’ve uninstalled and repaired my watch 4x now and everything I look at the app it tells me I’m somewhere else I’ve never been! I contacted Apple because Verizon said they can’t fix it and Apple says it’s a Verizon app they have to fix it! I pay extra for this service and it’s not right
Setup issues
Service is set up and ready to go. I tested and it works yet after doing the $10 perk, my account still says to set it up. Need to clear this. Also, now it doesn’t work at all. Test calls don’t go through. It keeps saying location services need to turn on yet they are on.
Always broken
Update the iOS and the app stops working. You have to delete it and then reinstall. Then ALL of the health information that you’ve painstakingly entered is gone.
Used to work and now it doesn’t
Had a device for my elderly grandparent and worked great for years. Two months ago the device stopped working and Verizon issued a replacement. However, when I tried to pair it with the app I keep getting an error message that the device is already linked to another account. Verizon sent out another device but the same problem. Was told to contact Verizon Caresmart through email. Emailed over a month ago and no response beside the automated one saying they respond in 1-2 business days🙄. Deleted and redownloaded app multiple times with no assistance from Verizon. Paying for a service that doesn’t work.

Absolutely arcane piece of garbage
Failures to connect, incomplete instructions, poor UI design, application failures… this one has it all.
It didn’t take my wife and I long to realize this was the absolute last thing we would want to rely on to help keep each other safe.
