Room to Improve
- 🔒 Automatic payment is not suitable
- 🐛 Despite complaints problems are not fixed
- 🐛 I bought e.sim from the app then shocked with lag of the app
- 🔒 You renewed my subscription without my permission
- 💰 Why do I have to pay fees if I change the phone and change the SIM, it is already eSIM
- 💰 Short SMS text to banks or OTP for example aren't included in any plans. You have to pay extra every time
- 💰 One month plan is really 28 days. So each month you're forced to pay twice
- 🔌 The internet is very weak in the Gulf countries
- 🐛 The app is mostly hung, can't rely on it at all, please fix the problem
- 🐛 The app is not working, it just has an error
