Look, I know I need a prescription, but every time I put any of my cards in, it says my payment info can’t be saved. I quadruple checked every number and address and tried every card in my wallet. Very frustrating
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHIPPING TIME - cost me my vacation
Awful!! Had 2.5 shipping days before Sunday after placing an order and paying $20 for UPS Next Day Air - my prescription was already provided. After I ordered the delivery went to 5.5 days and they shipped my contacts across the country in the wrong direction.
I had to cancel my vacation bc I ran out of contacts and had no glasses atm so couldn’t drive there. It cost me $1500 in hotel cancelation fees and cost me my vacation. The customer service reps were awful to me.
So so upset.

Automation gone wrong
The app keeps opening up with $1000+ of contacts in my cart that I didn’t add. Not helpful.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely AMAZING Customer Service!
I just spoke with Liddie at 1-800 Contacts and I honestly have to say she was one of the BEST customer service representatives I have ever dealt with! She was so personal, kind, funny, patient and genuinely cared about helping me. We were literally laughing and having such a great conversation while she was helping me figure everything out 😂
I called because I had questions about my 3-business-day shipping and whether my contacts would arrive in time for my photo shoot. Liddie went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and helped me with every single question I had. She was extremely informative and clearly knows what she’s talking about when it comes to contacts.
She even helped me realize that I had two separate orders and took the time to explain everything so I wasn’t confused. She never rushed me and made me feel like I was actually talking to a person who genuinely wanted to help.
1-800 Contacts is seriously BLESSED to have someone like Liddie working there. Customer service like this is rare nowadays. She was sweet, knowledgeable, funny, professional and just an absolute pleasure to talk to.
If you ever need help with an order or contacts ASK FOR LIDDIE! 🙌🏼 She deserves all the recognition because she truly went above and beyond for me.

Quick and easy for ordering contacts, but…
I love how easy it is to place an order here for contacts. There is just one tiny thing that doesn’t make sense to me. I check the app when I’m changing to a new pair because I always forget which eye is which. Why is it that the Prescriptions show the Right Eye on the left and the Left Eye on the right? For someone who is visual, no pun intended, this can cause an easy mistake.
