Disappointed
I was disappointed that I couldn't use apple pay to pay, despite it being listed as an option for payment. I was also disappointed that they are charging almost $1 more for 20 minutes than the on street meters are. I get that there's a price for convenience, but this seemed excessive.

Signs users out, forgets active sessions
App signs me out too frequently. I thought using Google would be convenient, but since Google requires 2FA, I need 3 apps to sign in. App forgets active sessions, so I have paid twice to park the same car in same spot at the same time. App does not allow user to change license plate if wrong car is selected. App often does not adjust user location, making it difficult to find correct meter location. I have spent a lot more money on parking because of design flaws.Show lessMike_B_1977

Stopped working
For the last month, every time I try to use the app it won’t complete transaction. I have to reboot my phone. Today, first it told me parking in that zone wasn’t permitted at that time. after rebooting, the app was empty and told me to enter vehicle, etc. It was easier to pay at the machine.mdmicky

Keep getting pkg tickets
I have gotten several parking tickets EVEN THOUGH I pay through this app. Please figure out why the parking authority isn’t receiving info from you that I paid. Last week I was walking toward my car and a parking authority employee was taking a picture of my license plate. I asked him what was wrong and he said I had not paid for parking. I HAD PAID FOR PARKING. Not only did I pay for parking but I still HAD 37 MINUTES LEFT BEFORE MY PARKING EXPIRED. I showed the parking employee my app with 37 minutes left and he showed me on his machine that I had not paid. This is getting old. Please fix this. I’m going to have to delete the app if this cannot be remedied.Show lessShrobs

Parking STAR
This app is one of my favorites on my phone! No waiting in line to pay. No glare on the screen so I cant see what Im supposed to touch on the parking kiosk. Pay right from my car and then add time to it wherever I am if Im late getting back.

Has a habit
The app is great other than when it doesn’t complete the purchase. I usually catch it, but today received a ticket after thinking I paid already. Open the app back up and there’s the dreaded “could not complete purchase” message. Lame but my technically my fault.Deezycakes

Tried to use the app to pay for parking for over 20 minutes before leaving the restaurant I was at to go back outside to ultimately use the kiosk. Multiple errors. Would not allow me to choose a state for my license (and I couldn’t advance in the process without adding that), would not accept my payment (app stated it was an ApplePay payment when it wasn’t), would not allow me to choose a duration of time for parking. App crashed in the middle of use. Save yourself some time and just use the kiosk.Show lessllc5061
