Can’t even get a confirmation email
I can’t set up the app, can’t get a confirmation email, and there is no level of support. You can’t get support from the app because it won’t support before confirming the email that I never get.
Messaging Agent doesn’t work
The messaging part of this app doesn’t work and it’s pointless to even use up space on my phone. Just use the concur app instead
Infrequent and missing notifications
I use several itinerary management apps and they seem to be quicker and more frequent with important trip notifications. Gate changes, delays etc

Complete Waste of Time…
I have wasted way too much time trying to login to this app. It keeps giving me an “Incorrect Username or Password” message. I have logged on to my account online to confirm that I have the correct account information and I do so I’m not sure what more this app wants??? Unfortunately I’ll be deleting this app as it’s 100% useless to me.
EDIT: WoW…so apparently you have to register separately on the app but when you do it forces a new username because yours is already taken (most likely by you when you registered online). So now I’m m pretty sure I have 2 usernames…1 for my online account and one for the app. This is really unintuitive and I’m hoping that the app itself provides value because we’re not off to a great start.

This app is so helpful! I’ve received notifications of gate changes before it was posted at the gate. I also appreciated the click to call feature to access an agent to assist with an urgent change request.

Great one stop shop app for business travel
Been using this app to book my business travel for about a year, really easy to use and shows me all the hotels my company has rates with. The app holds all my travel bookings in one place so I don’t need to lots of apps open, it also has a map to get me to my hotel. I’ve not flown in the last year but I’ve heard that if there are any delays with my flight this app will tell me all about it and ask me if I need help in rebooking my flight.

A brilliant solution that ensured I was aware of covid travel advice and also informed of flight disruption in real time. I also beat the queues for the baggage belt and gate due to the push messaging within it .
