no TV box management

Yes, I realize that my TV service will disappear in a few months. But how about waiting until it’s gone before removing the TV box management functionality?

Says network/WiFi box are off

Ever since I got this app it’s constantly said network/WiFi box are off. I’m on WiFi now. The only reason I still have this app is to look at my bill.

Warning

If you like 4 hour “self installations” where three Google support techs can’t get your Google fiber connected for the first time, this might be the service for you!

Individual device control

We just switched to google fiber from AT&T, while I love the internet, I’m disappointed in the app. AT&T app allowed me to set profiles with times internet could be used in that profile. I could block or turn off individual devices. I could also set priority usage to certain devices. With a house full of kids and working from home, these were so handy. I hope google will do something similar with their app.

Good luck if you have more than 1 gmail address

I have a work gmail address and a home gmail address. This app completely ignores my home email address, continually asking me to switch to my fiber account while always calling up my work address EVEN THOUGH I’m specifically logging into my home account. This app is terrible.

Garbage

The app shows my wifi and network box are off as i write this review on a phone connected to the wifi. This app is garbage

Cannot complain

Been having it two days have 7 people including a cameras giving accurate bandwidth signals; constantly checking and it’s amazing! Happy client

Issues with formatting

For the past couple of weeks I’ve noticed that the app’s information is all weird. Each word has “label” or “title” at the end. Things like “sharePasswordPageTitle” and “networkSettingsLabel”. It seems pretty rudimentary to me and makes it hard to find what I’m looking for.

Can’t see connected devices on app

I find it frustrating that the app doesn’t list the connected devices. You have to go through the website itself which is cumbersome. Please add this feature.

App could use some big improvements

This app makes me want to go back to my previous provider. The Fiber TV app constantly crashes and I send feedback and yet no changes have been made. The same issues occur.
