If I could give this app 0 stars I would. It is difficult to understand how to terminate the parking session. I parked one hour. I received an email telling me I was charged one amount so thought all was well but then noticed a much much larger charge was placed on my credit card. I sent an email and their response was that my parking session was never terminated! Also they said they only administer the app, they could not give me a refund. Just a bad experience.College Ma
Don’t park with pango!!!
Even though i paid and parked my car in the pango parking area with the application but my car was towed. Customer service is very incompetent, you can't get an answer.sksndkendjsn

The Worst
This is the worst parking app I’ve ever used. It’s confusing to set up, confusing to figure out how to use it, and requires you to make a minimum deposit of $15 instead of just paying per parking session. I used it once while visiting a town I have no reason to go back to, so now I have an account balance that will go to waste. Meaning I paid $15 for one hour of parking that should have cost like $2 or $3 if I had loose change with me. No one carries change. This app is crap. I plan to complain.Misslisamk
