Works like a charm don’t have to search for my vehicle
Create some type of pass for the month or bi weekly nobody like spending $100 a week give rewards for using app for so long besides actually gettin a parking pass and saying forget the whole entire app
So easy and convenient. Takes 5 seconds to pay. Everyone should switch to Pango.
This company is taking it’s parking spots way too serious. They require you too download their app and enter a ridiculous amount of information merely for a temporary parking spot. Seriously guys, you are not selling me property, I just want to park for an hour or so to get a bite to eat. You wasted 20 minutes of my time entering information for something that shouldn’t take more than 10 seconds.
I saw this pop up near a Starbucks close to me and downloaded the app. I then proceeded to delete it and contact my financial institution to block all transactions from this app. What crazy person will not only deposit a 15 dollar minimum to park but also an auto-charge function. The company does not own the property nor the towing companies. This is a pure money grab. I have also contacted the property I saw this at and let them I will no longer be a patron as long as the company is in place.

I downloaded the app to pay for parking today. I come back to my car and I had a ticket! Turns out, Pango had saved a license plate number of mine from at least 4 years ago! So it used the wrong license plate number and I got a ticket! Further it is super easy to forget to spot the timer when you get back to your car- thankfully I did!

This is not a good app. My car got towed and I did everything correctly. No empathy and no help in locating where it was towed. Use a different method or park somewhere else
If you have the option not to use, DO NOT USE. You have to deposit at least $15 to start to use. I didn’t have a choice unfortunately so I had to. Tried putting my card info in and it kept saying not updated go to website or contact support, went on website and it said same thing ?! Terrible app, and screw Alexandria City for having them as a partner.

Thanks for writing this review, it gives us an opportunity to address your issues. You have a option to use credit card for your transaction, when you enter your information the system will check with your funding source to see if the card and info is valid, if not we will ask you to reach out to us to assist you. You also mentioned you tried to use us in Alexandria City, Pango is not associated to that location. Please feel free to call customer care and they will help in the future. This is one of the worst designs- to pay for 70c of parking I have to deposit $10 into a travel fund. I would rather pay a fee, I’d rather pay double the price than maybe never get to use this money again.
I’m not trying to give you guys my credit card number
