Worst parking areas, I paid for my parking spot and I got towed and they couldn’t do anything about it, so if you’re ready to PAY THE TOWING COMPANY good luck The rep didn’t help or nothing. Highly would recommend you to park somewhere else And yes I was in the zonesoulsmanh

If you are forgetful in even the slightest bit (most humans are) do not use this app.
For a $6 charge, I was charged $85 because I did not hit the stop button. In this day and age GPS can track any movement whatsoever.
They bank off of this and they leverage it - that is why the paid feature will cancel your parking if you leave the location.Blahdjsbs

Thank you for your comments, we appreciate you took to time to write them. We feel it is important to recognize them and respond. First, we are requesting that you reach out to our Call Center and let us know your account number, the day and location you parked at, where you paid $85, currently we do not have a location with that parking rate. We are also sorry that you forgot to stop your parking session, however with real-time parking you have the option to stop it when you want, or it will run for the operating hours for that day only. Parking sessions are connected to the app on the phone which are associated to plate number on your vehicle, we do not connect to a vehicle GPS. We cannot make the assumption that because your phone is moving then your car is moving, we also are not monitoring your phone's location, if we did that then if you parked and got on a bus, train or in another vehicle then we would stop the session and your vehicle would be available for ticketing or be towed for no active session. 1-877-697-2646 or email info@mypango.comHorrible app that rarely works
I’ve tried to pay for parking with this app 5 times and only succeeded twice. The app becomes unresponsive at any one of the multiple steps required to pay for parking. Be sure you carry extra quarters in your car because you will need themGus Venditto
