How cool would it be if a parking app actually notified you that your parking session is over? That’s not this app. Notifications are completely on and I have money in my wallet but apparently my session ended in the middle of the night- car ended up getting towed. Thanks pango, maybe you should cover the $200 fee to get my car back. 👍hanirw17
Park somewhere else
I had the displeasure of using the PANGO app to park this weekend, and I’ve never seen such a shady company for parking in my life. I likely have all the parking apps because I park all over the place, but this company makes you pre load money into their app and does not let you pay as you go. Then they don’t allow you to park for a set time. They make you park for 24 hours then you have to go back into the app to stop the time. Which is 100 percent them trying to get the 24 hour payment when people forget to get back into the app to stop the parking. This will not be my only complaint about this company’s unfortunate business practices. It’s not right to prey on consumers like this. It’s parking! Park somewhere else if you can.caroline89023

The location that you parked at has real-time parking with a max stay time of 24 hrs, you are notified (before you start the clock) that it is your responsibility to stop the clock on the app when you are done parking. Paying for anything other than 15 minutes doesn’t do anything. You cannot extend with an increment other than 15 minutes. So I’m paying multiple base payments instead of just one and have received a ticket before realizing that the app isn’t functioning properlybcor9

Sooo not user friendly!!!
I hate this app. Every time I park in the garage it malfunctions in some way - and then I have to pay at a walk-up kiosk. Half of the time I park on the street and pay the ticket.
