App useless unless Toro decides to update

Documentation for the MyToro App that came with my zero turn says only available in US and Canada. App doesn’t have Canada as an option in the drop-down menu so it’s useless unless Toro corrects that.

Does not work

Downloaded the app excited to use it with my new zero turn but app is locked to the USA and no option for Canada so I guess the app is no good for us here in Canada

No Maintenance Recordkeeping

I would recommend not to purchase a PUC. Within the App - you cannot record Maintenance activities. This was the main reason for wanting to monitor usage - knowing how many hours until needing to, for example, changing the oil/air. So - when it states Service reminders are provided - this is not true. All that can be done is monitoring how long it takes to mow the lawn - and that can be calculated for free without a PUC.

New mower, can’t register it in app in Canada

It would be great if one could follow the instructions to register a mower in Canada however the app is locked on the United States for the country. It looked like it could be useful, but I guess I’ll never know.

Seems like it would be a great app to use if it actually let you register your piece of equipment in Canada

You’re able to log your mower usage with no problem. But you cannot log any maintenance done on the mower. It would be great if you could do both to keep track of when’s the last oil change you gave and when is the last usage of the mower and total usage of the mower. please fix the maintenance side of the app so that we can keep track of the things that we have done to our mower, and if we go to resell the mower, we have logged evidence of what we completed and when things were completed.

Something changed needs update

Recently I did a service on my lawnmower and snowblower. I’m the past when I recorded that in the app it kept a record. It appears now when I check the maintanace record section it provides error. To me this is the only reason to have the app is to keep track of service events so can do the next one as needed. I tried removing and reinstalling the app with no change. I hope what ever the issue is it can get fixed soon.

Buggy and useless

I got a new Toro Z Master 2000 and was super excited to be able to track and maintain my new mower using the PUC with this app. Here’s what I’ve found:

1.) The app doesn’t tell you when you actually need to perform maintenance. The manual says to change the oil after the first 5 hours of usage and I was expecting the app to alert me of this when I got to 5 hrs on the PUC. No such luck, so you still have to keep track and keep the manual handy.

2.) When I did perform an oil change I went to add it manually to the Maintenance log but I got an error message. Now I always get that same error. Cannot even access the maintenance section.

3.) Half the time you open the app it tells you to login, even though you can see you’re already logged in by clicking on your profile. You have to hit “login” and then eventually you can get into the app.

It is nice to see how it takes data from the PUC and shows historical usage, but if it’s not going to at least suggest maintenance at manufacturer-specified milestones, what’s the point?

No good in CANADA

This app is useless if you live in Canada. Only good in USA

No Discharge Chute Info

For some reason Toro doesn’t include a discharge chute in the box. ( I don’t want to mulch fast Spring growth, and I don’t want to bag it!!!)
So, you are told you can get one at no charge when you activate your warranty.
I called customer service and spoke to a gal, and she said it would be sent, but they don’t give you any confirmation of that.
I called a second time and spoke to a guy, and he said it had been ordered, but again, no confirmation of that. Said it takes 3-4 weeks. I will be calling every day to track this down.
Also tried to order the PUC unit and it said my order was cancelled because my “CC didn’t go through”. I know that’s not the case
