My rider

I only have a half acre and this works better than my first one. I’ve been cutting when needed . So far seven hours on it . I just installed the mulcher kit and wow no more going around with the sweeper. Even though I won’t log the hours on I will change the oil and filter end of May

No toro warranty repair centres in Saskatoon or area

I bought Toto snowblower in October 2022 and it no longer works. There are no warranty repair centres in Saskatoon or area even though several are listed.
Thirty hours of use and already broken. And no place to get it repaired under warranty.
Horrible product and customer seems.
Avoid products!!!

No respect to Canadian customers

I entered my name and address only to find out that I can’t select my country. Useless .

Better than Nothing

This hour meter / maintenance puck provides helpful usage data for people who want to track their machine usage and manage their maintenance. Unfortunately, it is quite finicky and sometimes will not update the usage. It ALWAYS fails on the first attempt to sync with the Toro app. On try number two it usually works, but sometimes says that it was synced successfully, yet no new usage shows up. Overall, it’s a good product idea that needs to be updated to work as expected. As it is, the value is pretty sketchy.

Still no Canada Option

See that you have updated the App Quite a few times and still don’t care about Canada. If you did this to the US you would have it fixed already. Complete lack of respect!!

Terrible App, Great Mower

I’m glad my ZT mower runs great. Obviously Toro hasn’t a clue about software development. This app is horrible, it doesn’t work, can’t add maintenance, doesn’t connect to the $20 PUC they want you to buy (save your money!)! Screens shown in App Store are not in the App. This App is a complete afterthought by Toro. Zero to no effort put into it. Perhaps a new development team could be hired?? I’d give zero stars if I could!

Easy and Useful

I was a bit hesitant because I read where people have so much trouble syncing. It always takes me two attempts. Accept that as part of the process and you’ll be happy.

Whether I sync every time I use it doesn’t matter. It does fine keeping track of hours and uses. I do appreciate the maintenance reminders. That’s s what sets this apart from just having an hour meter.

I LOVE my Timemaster and want to keep it running for 20+ years. Not only does it save me time, it is the best mulcher ever. I have big mature trees and the only think I raked or blew were the beds.

Garbage, worthless company, unable to help

Finally got the part I ordered one week ago, seven days and I paid for NEXT DAY shipping.
I call and give my order number, they said it’s not showing up.
I call the number printed on the receipt, it tells me it’s not connected to anything.
I don’t know who runs this company but it’s absolutely worthless. I can’t believe I’ve ever spent money on products from Toro. Despicable.

Face ID

Please allow face ID or an automatic log-in. No one wants to steal my mower data do they? Other than that, the app works great!

Does not work

Will never sync with mower. Changed oil after 5 hours like it recommends. At 45 hours tells me to change oil again. Couldn’t get reminder off phone. Now the hours meter is off by 5 hours. And now reads I have 50 hours til next oil change but have used the mower 21 times for about 12 total hours.
