Good App - When It Works!
I have PUCs installed on my zero turn and personal pace mowers and it’s a handy way to keep track of the hours on each for maintenance purposes, but the data is not always uploaded to the app. The smartphone will connect with the PUC, tell you it was successful, but then not show up on the app. Deleting and reloading the app onto the phone usually fixes the issue - but not always. Having to manually input the usage pretty much defeats the convenience promised by the PUC system.

Syncing is hit and miss
Syncing never works the first time. Very frustrating. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all!!!

OK App; significant usability issues
I like the idea and it is helpful for keeping up on maintenance. Negatives:
- too many layers and menus to wade through
- if you purchase a PUC (essential to effectively track hours of operation), you need to go to a completely separate screen to sync data (IMHO the sync button should be on the same screen w/ the piece of equipment it is assigned to.)
- the PUC sync fails the first attempt every time (says Bluetooth must be enabled even though it already is)
- the PUC needs to be synced 2-3 times before the activity will show up on the equipment screen.
- the “delete PUC” button is way too close to the sync button.

Manual time entries
App is slow to respond, maybe some coding or software upgrades can resolve this.
Also, there needs to be an option to “alter manual entry” for equipment usage. I accidentally entered “21hrs and 45min” in the manual log and now I can’t edit the entry. I’ve not even owned this equipment long enough to run it for 20 hours in my spare time, and this would obviously reflect negatively on my warranty information. If this can’t be resolved, then my mower will be parked until such time as it can be resolved, and no additional hours can will logged on the system. Please address this. Thank you.

My Toro PUC-Useless
I was excited to add the PUC meter to my time master lawn more in order to keep up with oil changes and overall maintenance. After a year of trying everything with a puck that does register with the app, I still get zero data. It is as useless as a hockey-puck in the tropics of Africa for all I can say.

Inconsistent
It always seems to be problematic to sync the data - MULTIPLE repeat sync attempts are required to achieve success.
The battery level info data never updates to the App.

How do you turn the PUC on and off?
Wanted to love this, but maybe I’m just stupid, an engineering degree doesn’t mean much, a career in Biomedical Engineering and I’m stumped. Worked on CAT scans, angioplasty control rooms, NEAX digital/digital phone switches, microwave multiplex systems and I’m having problems using the PUC. Help.
