Not a good 1st impression
I’m in the very beginning of registering my new mower and I can’t get past the model number/serial number section. I’ve provided both multiple times and I keep getting the message that the model number & serial number don’t match any records. Please update this app with more recent model & serial numbers. I’d like to use it.

Great but falls short
The myPUC requires a battery change about every month. That’s more maintenance than the snowblower so it is more effort than it should be. Unfortunately, you don’t realize this until after you’re done using it and then you end up just manually entering the data anyway. Great potential.
Worked well until iOS15
Cannot log in after update to iOS15. Keeps saying account does not exist
Non Compatible Phone
I downloaded this app primarily to better track mower usage. After purchasing the PUC device to do such, I read the fine print where only newer phones are compatible with this device.
Since I do not want to expend the money to upgrade my phone (iPhone 6) just to track mower hours, I returned the PUC device (received full credit), and furthermore, seldom use the MyToro app. I’ve been mowing for 20+ years; will continue with methods to track usage and maintenance timings I’ve utilized throughout those years.

PUC is not worth the price
I’ve used the Bluetooth PUC 14 times. Always takes 3 or 4 tries to connect. The times are short by about 30%

User friendly
Absolutely love this app makes maintaining ur toro mower a breeze does all the work for you and reminds u abt maintenance and upcoming services!!! Love it everybody needs one of these!!!!!
Brand new and broken
Electric start stopped working on 2nd use. Charging it did nothing. Mower blade slipped and started hitting the inside on the second use. Didn’t exp ct this from a toro 🙁. Now our nearby toro warranty repair shop has been closed for two days due to lack of staff. We are very unhappy with our purchase!

Good idea, so-so execution.
Logging into this app every time I use it is crazy, not sure why an app to keep track of how much you use your lawnmower needs to have this level of security. Plus, the user ID and password are through some Microsoft portal, so you can’t even search for My Toro in your password manager. Plus, it doesn’t let you use Face ID or a fingerprint to log in, so every time you’ve got to go through this dance.
Then, adding a new session of mowing is not intuitive. Would it kill the designers to have added a button that says Add New Activity? Put it up front, make it obvious. Stop trying to sell me a PUC (Personal Usage Calculator) which supposedly talks to the app via Bluetooth and automatically adds your usage. I thought about getting one for the coolness factor, but online reviews were not encouraging.
Not sure why the app needs to show my weather forecast. I was just outside mowing, I already know how hot it was. Also not sure why the app only shows me a recommended dealer in Ohio, when I live in NY. I’m sure Toro’s NY dealers really appreciate that level of support.
While I may be a baby boomer, I know my way around computers and software. Been using Macs since 1986, and currently admin a music software support page on Facebook. So, I’m not some crotchety old guy who has trouble with technology. Just a crotchety old guy, period. 😉😆

Great Tool
My Toro Z Master 54” is absolutely the finest mower I’ve ever owned. Excellent quality, stout frame, easy to care for. You can pay more but why?
