Not user friendly
It takes to long tjj on load and it also makes you login often instead of remembering your account.
Horrible!
Bought a brand new toro lawnmower from Home Depot and it wouldn’t even start. Followed all the instructions and now I have to be inconvenienced by bringing a heavy lawnmower back to the store and I don’t even have a truck. Home Depot offered me $50. Smh!
Doesn’t remind me of service due
Great idea but poor execution. I installed both the PUC and also an hour meter. The MyToro app doesn’t add up the minutes for some reason so the hours shown are always off when compared to the hour meter. I was expecting a service reminder but never get any. Manual service entries are not intuitive at all and that part needs lots of work. The sync requires a double try and sometimes doesn’t pull data from the PUC. Sometimes you can’t even log in. I did order some accessories using the app and that went very smooth. App needs a major overhaul by someone that actually mows their own yard.

Easy to use
The app is easy to use and is great to help keep track of machine use and maintenance
Decent, with much more potential.
App works well to the point that it does not crash or is corrupted. However, installing the app and adding equipment was a breeze, but syncing my Puc was a disappointing, and almost frustrating process. Eventually I was able to get the Puc added and attached to a piece of equipment. Unfortunately now, in order to sync the data from the Puc to the app, requires pressing the sync button to receive an error message, close the error box, and try again to successfully sync. I’m hoping these are minor bugs that will get fixed because the potential for this app is exciting!

No data
Performed the assignment and it was successful but data will not download to app. Tried numerous times. App says sync successful but data does not show up in the app. Horrible. Not worth the money.
Can’t add maintenance
I can’t add anything to the maintenance schedule. Definitely needs to fix that bug soon. Finally got it to sync.

I do not see an Edit button...? I purchases my MX 6000 June 15, 2016...Not 2015.

Need to figure out a better way to login. Instead of taking ya away from app and into a web browser.
