  • Sadly disappointed

I purchased this scale because it came with an app and it seemed like so many amazing benefits. For quite some time I’ve been disappointed because I’ve attempted to go back and pull up my stats from when I first begin my journey to compare it to where I am now and I am not able to do so. It would be great if when I went back to the date I first started, my previous stats would pop up on the main screen, for me to review and possibly screen shot if I’d like to, the same way my current stats are displayed. I guess it’s just wishful thinking or I’ll need to purchase a new scale with this type of capabilities. I really don’t want to have to do that. I hope it’s just a minor update you guys are able to add or adjust to the app. If so I would continue to be a loyal customer and purchase more scales and items to come! I’d also change my 1 star to a 5 star!

  • I like it but..

Overall I like the scale in the app. I don’t seem to have any problems with it connecting via Bluetooth and getting all my settings. The only downside I’ve seen so far is that it will only connect to a Fitbit watch for storing data or syncing data. I really wish it would also work for Apple Watch and Garmin watches so that the data from my scale could go directly into my Garman app and sync together. Hopefully they will add that as an update soon! When they do I’d be happy to give it a five star rating.

  • Good scale but charts need work

The reading from scale transfers well to the application, but what is up with the tiny chart axis markings?! There is a lots of room to have a larger size fonts… I can’t read these even with reading glasses.
The x axis needs to show proper distribution when you weigh yourself. If you take 6 arbitrary readings in a year, show x axis with 12 months evenly spaced apart then place dots with actual date when you do readings. I skipped 3 months of weighing and it shows on a chart like I lost weight in a single month... very misleading trend presentation. Obviously, same logic fixes are needed for weekly readings. Disappointing, since it’s such an easy fix. Each user is better off to write a number into excel table, tied to a chart.

  • Need to have an option for dark mode

If you make dark mode available as an option for the UI, I will change it to 5 stars

  • Very good scales

These scales are very intuitive to operate and paired with the app easily. The app is very good and has encouraged me to lose weight due to being able to easily track my weight loss/gain. Having all the other measurements, BMI, Protein and various fat measurements is really interesting and makes you take an interest in your body fluctuations. Something you would never get with conventional scales. Would thoroughly recommend these scales.

  • General comments

The app is ok, quite a lot of detail and functions that I would never use, therefore there is prob too much functionality. But I do find it annoying that i cannot see the data easily: firstly I cannot change the date format from US to European/UK, and secondly the graph scaling has such a wide range on the Y axis that the lines are generally flat and do not show up the changes in weight in an easily-viewed way, rendering it nearly useless. So a thumbs down from me for those reasons.

  • My findings on the scales and app.

In general a fairly decent set of scales and application. Give a rough overview of various aspect of my body.
I have found however that the scale can vary quite significantly from use to use.
I can use it in one position, and then use it again Afew minutes later only to find I have miraculously lost 2lbs.
The scale has a habit of locking the last weight in its memory, so when weight is applied again it jumps straight to the last weight perfectly. It’s visible it isn’t weighing again but assuming.
overall it gives a good rough estimate of my weight or loss.

  • Not accurate at all!

It tell the correct body weight, but… as far a fat and other % go it is wrong!!
I take other measurements & compared renphos stats and have found it out by a lot!
Try standing on it with weights in your hands… watch your fat percentage go up too 🙅‍♂️… better off just buying cheep scales ⚖️ without all the bs bells and whistles.

  • Great device to easily track your daily weight trend

Linking these scales with my I phone 6 was very easy and each day my weight is stored and the trend easily seen as graph format.
Makes weight watching easy. Whoever designed and developed this is to be congratulated.
Well done RENPHO and their developers.

  • easy to use but wish it had more

great app, very user friendly and everything is explained quite clearly. although i wish it had the option to set a muscle mass goal. not everyone seeks to lose weight or just fat, it would be good to be able to set goals for muscle mass and lean body mass.
