Login Bug
This App has multiple bugs around login. I tried to login with an email address and password. It accepts the password , but then asks for a mobile number. I give it the mobile number, but it rejects it because it says the number is already known. And I have had a similar experience trying to login by phone number and am told that my email address is already known.
I have received support responses, but the problem is not corrected.Show lessGary Griswold

Tried logging in using my eheart details but it keeps sending me round in a loop, can’t log in and can’t use the app!Patsy166

This app is designed well but is completely unusable!
I mean this in hope that you can fix this.
At the moment I’m trying to enter into studies and in 2min of normal use it crashed 4 times!!!
You need to test this app. Run a proper test cycle before release. Use Test Flight or something similar.

Much improved
This app had some issues with crashing early on but it is now much more reliable. The great thing is that u can connect with a variety of studies based on the causes u are interested in. Participating in scientific research helps us all and I’m happy to do my part.Tparsnick

Not recognising username
I’m already a member on the eheart study. Entered my eheart login details correctly, took me to a screen to reset the password. Failed to recognise my username.Slapmetwiceagain
