The app is so convenient and easy to pay on a whim when you realize you forgot. Internet keeps going out though, all throughout the day for the past 3 months, but that’s not the apps fault so I give it 5/5

Not only do I think it’s a little cheaper to pay the bill online, but it’s easier to just open up the app and pay my bill really fast instead of going to the store .

Good U.I never had an issues
Just like the title says U.I is good and it makes sure to remind you when the bill is do. Everything is organized very well and easy to understand what you’re paying for
Easy to use
Very easy to use and pay my bill. Plus there is not a fee for online payment which is great. This actually is nice there is no fee even though they pre populate that response.
The ease of paying online
It retains all of the information but it would be nice if you usr your credit card there could be an automatic payment.

Very simple and user friendly. Text notifications help me keep track of due dates, and remembering previous card info is also a time saver.

I like app to pay bill but once set up payment then I would like the reminders to stop. I sometimes forget I set up payment for due date and have tried to pay again
