Cincy bell has made it very easy to pay them for their service. I was able to pay a bill in under a minute.
Easy to Use
Every time I make a payment it’s almost instantaneous. It’s pretty easy to keep track of, and I can see my previous bills quickly to help me craft a budget. It could be a little quicker, and a tad more appealing. But no serious issues. Solid app

I’ve used apps that are honestly the WORST to navigate through. This one is so easy to find whatever you are looking for. Paying a bill? Boom, right there. Trying to find your internet speed? Yowza, just a click away. I have no complaints.

Honestly, this is my favorite app of the multiple utility & banking apps that I have at my fingertips. I’m sorry it took me getting behind on payments & losing service to download the app; had I done so earlier, I’d most likely not be in bad standing. ~ JG
Great Setup
Cincinnati Bell has done a great job making it extremely simple to pay your bill, for me it’s automatically taken out of my account which is nice because you don’t need to watch your account as much.

They make it so easy to pay your bill online without forcing you to use an auto pay option. It literally takes 3 or 4 clicks for me to pay my bill every momth! Please do not change this app!!
