We’ve been using this insurance and app for years now, love it and never had any issues…then you went and “fixed” something that wasn’t broken to begin with. Was able to login to app once post “update”…not only was the appearance (imo) awful, but the claim entry function was clunky and just all around less than pleasing. NOW: we can’t even login to the app, we enter our screenname/PW, hit the button and….nothing. Deleted, reinstalled, deleted, reinstalled….nothing. New update, appears to be great… However
Had a hard time logging in, so I had to reset my password and it worked great. Note to developers: need to correct this!
