  • Don’t fall for it

    We are paying for a service that doesn’t work in our rural camp. The answer is to send the same equipment over and over. We have never had a signal and were suckered into a 72 month contract that we can’t get out of. Customer service is horrible.
  • App needs massive update

    You do not get alerts in a timely fashion and it send all alerts at one time when it does send them. They need to start over from scratch on the app.
  • Horrible app

    Keeps losing connection even after uninstalling and reinstalling. We had enough! We gonna switch to another security company.
  • Fraud

    It’s an absolute scam… they sent me hardware that didn’t work, walked me through trouble shooting, still didn’t work. Sent me replacement, still didn’t work. At that point I want to cancel. Their response, find another dummy to take over my account or by the contract out. Can you imagine, for service that they have never provided. And they keep charging my account.

  • SCAM

    Worst experience. We were within our 30 day free trial and I wanted to cancel. They said here’s a cancelation for u to sign and it says you owe 3grand to opt out. I asked the rep what is this?! He said disregard that you don’t need to sign we’ll send another (which they did not) I didn’t even mention that before this in text messages (I have proof) we tried to cancel the rep said our trial was over I was like no sir it literally just started. Finally after hassling they said get equipment in before 60 days. They sent shipping label through email and I have read that “they say they never received it” so we’ll see. I’ll definitely keep up with this review because this is seeming a bit scammy. I have a lawyer and will definitely be utilizing if they “don’t receive my equipment.”

  • Worst camera system ever!!!!

    Me and my family has had this camera system for over a year and when trying to view the cameras in the app it always says it is a connectivity issue (which it is not) only ONE out of FOUR of our cameras work we have reset these cameras multiple times and nothing has changed this is literally the worst company to get your camera system with and when we call to have someone look at and fix the cameras there is ALWAYS an excuse when calling the customer service. Will be cancelling with alder any day now and going with another company. Alder is the crappiest camera system we have ever invested in. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

  • TRASH!

    Had this system for 1 month and have not been able to use. App is not consistent. I don’t get push notifications. Spoke with 12 agents and non were able to help. They are all incompetent and transfer you from agent to agent. They will not let you cancel the contract or return equipment. Please BEWARE!

  • Stay away

    The app is horrible, the security company alone is a joke. Go with someone reputable. They get you on a contract and you are stuck paying for pretty much nothing in return. Such junk and will never be doing business with again.
  • Returned

    I had this system for three days and returned it. The app lagged so much. The alarm system will randomly disconnect and the app will say it’s offline. You can’t set different modes for your sensors. Not to mention they make you sign a 60 month contract. Absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend alder to anyone. The app needs a lot of work along with their system. There’s a reason why they give you a free key fob to disarm because the app never works.

  • Scam - don’t do it

    So hard to cancel - even when we were within the three business days.
    Customer service is terrible, unhelpful. They hang up on you when they can’t resolve your issue.
    So much time spent trying to request a cancel. In dispute process now. Wish I never signed up with that rep.
