Criminal Company Running Security from Criminals
I’d give negative stars if I could. I’ve never felt so scammed by a company. I got this home security on a 30 day trial thinking “Oh great, they let you use it for 30 days and if you decide it isnt for you then you can cancel.” Well, we got our system and installed in about 2 and a half weeks after we ordered it. So naturally I assume the thirty days started when we first set the system up through them after receiving it and started service essentially. Wrong. We had it for about a week and a half and had issues with door sensors, we still can’t get the camera to connect, and have been unable to use their app because we have no way to create an account. It’s an absolute rubbish system. So anyways, after a week and a half I call to cancel it, I assume I’m within my thirty days for two reasons: 1st, we’ve literally been using the system for like 10 days total. 2nd, I check back and we got the “certificate of having a security system” on April 15 and I called on May 15, that seems like 30 days since there are thirty days in April but according to them it was 32.. Either way they tell me Im past the trial period despite only having been using the system all of 10 days. I ask about canceling the system then for what I assumed would be a handling fee of a few hundred dollars or something and nope, I have to pay out the entire extent of the contract to cancel service. There is zero way to cancel once they trick you out of the free trial date. Horrible company, horrible customer service, and downright criminal for the way they don't explain things. But I get to be an unhappy customer for 5 more years cus I’m not about to afford to pay all that up front to cancel after I just poured all my money into my new home. Yippee. Oh and I’ve still hd the system less than 30 total days.Show lessZ_Baby
Not worth it
This company is not worth your time. They will make you feel like you need them, but as soon as you get into a 5 year contract with them. You will be shunned entirely from them. They will take your money happily and not care about your concerns. Salesmen will not even answer your phone calls and if you try to cancel or opt out of your “contract” they will ask you to pay 90% percent of upfront costs. If you live in a great neighborhood outside of large city limits, it is not worth your time. Send them packing, do not fall for this scheme.Show lesspabs payan

Cheap alarm, cheap app too
After the sleezy salesman fast talked my poor old grandma (who by the way, happens to on a fixed income with a tight budget) into getting this cheap alarm system the freezes and glitches every day. I thought to give the app a try, just as bad and cheaply designed. The guy who makes this must make a killing for how much he saves on equipment and customer care.Show lessTickNutt

Haven’t been able to see my cameras for months now
App crashes anytime you try and view the indoor camera. Also, they now make you use a separate app for the outdoor cameras. Having to use 2 apps is RIDICULOUS!!! Every time I call in to support, they say “an update is coming”.Nece10034
App keeps logging me out.
App needs development, it crashes in every single session, and I’m always logged out, it does not support Face ID.MoeGeek

This app needs some serious updating.
If I try to change my temperature on my thermostat. It will allow me to go up or down 1 degree. Will not do anymore.
Update your app. This is a he worst I have seen for a security app.
