Not impressed with app
Just had this new company take over our security and installed this new app in phone. So far I don’t like that i can’t put a schedule on my thermostat to automatically change at certain times. Now I will have to remember to do it at those times on my own. The last company’s app was easily able to do that. I might save a few bucks on this new company but I will be paying more in the long run without having a schedule set up to automatically change the thermostat during peak hours. Might need to re evaluate our decision to use this company.Show lessDeebaby7
Piece of $#!% app
Keeps telling me my internet doesn’t work so I can’t disarm my alarm. I’m 2 hrs from home and have to drive back just to disarm bc customer service said it can’t be done over the phone‼️ system is not great AT ALL and I should’ve kept my last system cause at least I could work it from an app WITH NO PROBLEMS‼️ and if I could give no stars I would’ve kept the 1 I put‼️Show lessrlricks
Has some bugs
Tried to reset my password in the app and it said there is no internet, however this is not the case. I know you guys have a full staff working on this app, Please fix ASAP.Jimslaod
