Great until your order gets messed up
I’m not one to usually resort to delivery services, but whenever I’m sick or incredibly busy I turn to starship. Usually, everything goes fine. Not perfect, but suitable. But yesterday, after dealing with a sinus infection for the past couple days, I decided to order from the robot to dodge getting anyone else sick. I got Chick-Fil-A. When it arrived, the lemonade had spilled all over the robot and food so it was basically inedible. With this issue, I contacted customer service with photo proof, but the best they could offer is $5 off my next order. I COULDNT EVEN EAT MY FOOD. The five dollars was barely 1/3 of what I paid for the meal. Unfortunately, I know I will have to use starship again in the future. I just hope they improve their performance by next semester when it comes to customer service.Show lessPugzRule!
Scam
This app has scammed me out of so much money, I’m done giving it a chance. Every order I’ve ever placed either for pickup or delivery has been missing add ons I paid for or the wrong item entirely and they always refuse to rectify the situation. They won’t refund, store credit, or replace anything even though customer support verifies through photos and contacting the restaurant there were mistakes. One worker even accused me of not knowing the difference between a turkey sub and an oven roasted chicken sub. Over the past year I’ve revisited the app when they do promotions hoping they’ve gotten better but they’re still rude, unprofessional, take forever, and a waste of money.Show lessBaikay810

Today I decided to take a walk with my older brother who is currently a Missouri S&T student. I recently heard about these robots who deliver drinks and food, so I wanted to try it out. It was a wait, however, the happiness this cute robot brought was unmatchable…. Watching it deliver the food while avoiding obstacles, then playing free music of my choosing was phenomenal! It’s cool to see robots driving up and down the sidewalks to their destinations. Also good to know not just anyone can take the food! I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!Show less1234nyhagen
In your face C3P0 and R2D2 lol !!
It took a bit of work at first for the robot to find you. But after a few try’s it is now spot on every time. Give it time to regularly find you and it learns. Much cheaper than having a human deliver it via other delivery apps and is very quick !! I give now give this app 10 out of 5 stars 😃😃Abstergo72UK

I had a great experience ONE TIME. I ordered my food, it came, loved it. Tried the next time and it said “will be back shortly” for every single vendor, stating that they were all have excessive wait times. I tried EVERY DAY for a month and STILL the same message. It got to the point where I tried it IN LINE at one of the “busy” vendors when the like was EMPTY and it still said the same message. I have contacted the service and no one even attempted to help me besides “delete the app and try again”, which I have done at least 6 times now to no avail. I really wish I could utilize this device but at this point, I had to rate it a one star.Show lesslilbittybaby123

Today I put my first order in with Co-op Flag Ship. What a great experience. We enjoyed watching the progress of our little machine as it came along from the Co-op to our address. When it arrived it stood still while I went to the front and opened it via my phone instructions. Closing the lid I gave it instructions to go back to the depot and it soon went on its way.
Good experience and will be ordering again

I love the robot and it was a good experience getting my small order in such an easy way. Unfortunately my chocolate eclairs were a bit mashed because the box had been put into the bag a bit carelessly I think, but I will definitely use the service againIdiot buster 25
Do androids dream of electric reindeers?
This was a great experience. The robot was quicker than stated, it navigated the unusual and crowded parking in the cul-de-sac where I live. I love the fact that it had a reindeer face and antlers on. However, for me personally I would prefer to see a more robotic persona 🤖
There are so many times I have forgotten an essential from the shops and although this purchase today was purely for the experience of the robot in future I would use this service to save myself a trip out, especially if I can put that time to better use at home. It won’t make me lazy, I can just use my time better.
I really hope these are here to stay, I think they are a fantastic idea and could be utilised in many ways. Bring on the future, it is wonderfully exciting!Show lessTwisted Narrative
Bit over cautious on pedestrian crossing
Watched it sat at the traffic lights at the Lawnswood arms for around 20m. Went over to it to see if I could intercept early and save it the bother. It asked us to press the button for the crossing and said thanks. Didn’t take the opportunity though. Tried getting it to follow us a few times and eventually it did. Very frustrating. Great robot, terrible service
The idea is amazing. The robots are fun and definitely the best part of the experience. However, most of the Robot Technicians who actually make the food don’t care about quality since there is no way to leave a comment on the food itself, only the delivery. I got a pizza that was almost raw. Starship is great, but they have to institute some form of quality control where individual Technicians can be reviewed.Show lessNaboo64
