  • Nonexistent service

    After regularly using their services, they have decided to reduce their delivery area, and where once there were multiple shops I bought from, now there are NONE! Not one food store is now available. It’s gone from a useful good service to being completely unusable. I spoke to customer service and they genuinely did not care. Simply put, they are no longer interested in me, and many others who are undoubtedly in the same position, as customers anymore. Completely useless non-service and very bad customer service.

  • Map needs fixing

    The overall experience was good, but I was unable to track the robot‘s progress in the app. I got shown a map of Europe and was unable to zoom in. I suspect this was because I have an iphone 8 with a small-ish screen and some buttons were off screen. Also the only payment option is card. That’s not really standard on a modern app. This makes the app look a bit cheap to be honest. Oh and the robot played the wrong song on arrival. Apart from that it all went very smoothly.

  • App is glitchy, can’t see your past orders

    LOVE the concept, huge fan. Order from them all the time.
    The app needs some love, it’s glitchy. I often find myself messaging with their support
    If they don’t have any of the items in your order, it’ll just cancel your order with no communication.
    Can’t see past orders from starship in the app.

    I just wish my order was right (I added notes and they even printed them out on the delivery paperwork).
  • Accused me of lying when I got the wrong order

    I placed an order today, and when my robot came it brought me the wrong order. I closed the robot before I could take a picture. When I contacted customer service, they gave me a hard time because I didn’t have a picture. Then acted like they did me a favor for giving me a refund. I did not like being spoken down to.

  • Overall recommend

    Easy to use, but some places don't have their menus set up very well (some may have missing or incorrect customization options).
    Customer support is amazing and you can easily get a refund if your order is wrong/missing or if theres an issue with the robot. Every time I've needed to use instant chat, I got quick responses and my issues were always resolved.

  • Robot awesome but food order lacking

    The robot delivery was smooth and easy. We did not get everything we ordered but that is less that Starship’s fault and more of the vendor fulfilling the order
  • Convenient. Loved it!

    Will definitely use again. Just need to plan ahead. But once I figured out location it was super easy and convenient. #TheJetsons

    Had a few hiccups, order canceled 2x after 15min of placing the order. Had to delete and reinstall the app and then it all worked beautifully. The only thing is that it didn’t take the Idaho3 discount but everything else great

    I can’t use the app because I live in Columbus can you please set a location for Columbus Ohio because I really want to try out can you please build something near there
