The little guys are so good
The robots are fast, fun and convenient. Yes there is an up-charge but it is so very worth it and so very fun. As it gets more integrated into my school it will get more equipped and have more options. I happily await the day that it’s fully developed here and is already so fantastic.Steelslayer
Customer service mediocre at best
Very useful but the customer service leaves much to be desired. I’ve had to interact with them twice, and once was fine. The last time, I got absolutely no help and the person helping didn’t even try.Rxkskrlrleekekekrkrlek
Disappointed
I’m getting really tired of ordering food, then getting a notification that one or all of the items are out of stock with no option to substitute new items. Today I tried ordering lunch and all the food items I requested were out of stock and the robot was sent out with a single drink before I could cancel. Now I have to wait until the delivery ends to order again and hope I pick something that’s in stock (plus pay another delivery fee) or go somewhere myself which defeats the purpose of the robots. This isn’t the first time this has happened, either. Please fix your system so people don’t waste money on delivery that isn’t worth it.Show lessReyn Time
If you have a food allergy, maybe don’t use this
The robots are cute and I like that they can do food delivery, but I’m pretty allergic to peanuts, to where I could be hospitalized if I even ingest a small amount, and there is no option to mention that allergy. If an update adds that option in, I’ll change my review but it’s not a good app for those who have food allergies, which you’d think would be one of the things addressed when first designing itShow lessSpy Jon
Starship Deliver was Out of this World!!
We visited the Univ of Mississippi and thought we had stepped into a future world where robots were commonplace. We had to try these little guys out and enjoyed getting our Starbucks fix via delivery! They did not disappoint!AndiO67
Orders keep getting lost :(
Used to work great, ever since this school year started I've had at least 3-4 times where my order would get stuck at 0 minutes, I'd wait for over an hour just in case the restaurant was running behind, and it turns out when I ask that my order never reached the restaurant at all. Makes it hard to tell whether I just need to wait longer or if my order didn't make it through at all :(Show lessJNAU2022
Time stamps heavily subject to change last minute
Love these little guys, super cute, but in the app, I’ve ordered twice and both orders were delayed. I believe this is mostly due to how busy the Im at University is, but I hope as they grow their statistical data that the given time stamps before ordering can be more accurate in the future, and there will no longer be ~30 minutes or more of unexpected delay time. However, customer support is excellent, as you can talk to an in-person representative and be compensated if an order is wrong or missing items. I look forward to being able to utilize these delivery robots in the future with less problems!Show lessPenski_87
Starship reviewed
I will use it again, but was disappointed with the original delivery delay and even more so by the 24 minutes added to the initial 63 minutes had I been waiting especially for the items in the delivery I would have been furious, happily wasn’t and enjoyed watching my new robotic friend manoeuvre the crossings when actually in my road. I talked to him or her rather like a human and thanked for the delivery and told it to be careful on its way home. I will certainly be using it again, but will allow time in order to not be under pressure for the items. Well done Starship and Co-op.Show lessstefanaristo

Our first robot visit & highly recommend the experience! Kept fully updated as to progress up to arrival & enjoyed watching it trundle along the road towards us 😀. Playing our chosen music when unlocked was an added bonus! Ordering on the app was simple too. Will definitely use again!!allotmentgirl56
